Billions of dollars are going missing within the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), which absorbs about half of the country’s total production of two million barrels per day, reports Forbes. Nigeria’s state oil company is riddled with financial irregularities and governance failings, according to an investigation by the Natural Resources Governance Initiative. Since crude oil sales account for 70% of Nigeria’s government revenue, the country is facing a difficult adjustment to the new low price environment. The price of the benchmark Brent Crude has halved since last summer, leaving export-dependent Nigeria with a major budget hole to fill. As reported by Forbes, the NNPC has long been a source of controversy in Nigeria. Last year, the then-Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Lamido Sanusi, claimed that $20bn in revenues from NNPC was unaccounted for. Some 445,000 barrels of oil is allocated by the government to NNPC per day through the domestic crude allocation. It is then sold onto a subsidiary, the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company, PPMC. This is supposed to then be sent onto the country’s state-owned refineries, which would then sell the refined products and repay NNPC for the crude. However, the NGRI says the refineries only take in around 100,000 barrels per day. The rest is exported or swapped for other products. The money enters NNPC accounts and is used for off- book spending. Between 2010 and 2013, that spending averaged $6bn per year. According to Forbes, how this money is spent is opaque and lacking in oversight. Billions have been spent on transit and security arrangements, several of which appear to have been agreed at very inflated prices. Nigeria’s new president, Muhammadu Buhari, has pledged to reform the country’s oil sector and tackle corruption. Since taking office in May, he has fired the NNPC’s board, but has yet to appoint a new minister to oversee the institution. sunnewsonline.com/new/why-billions-of-dollars-are-slipping-away-from-nigeria/ |

Freemanan:I just saw this LOL |
How about I rub your front now?" She said sure,
and I got up, my dick coming out from her ass.
She turned over, and I again sat on her, this time
my dick was on top of her pussy. I had the almost
primal urge to slip it in; but I somehow managed
to resist. In time, I kept telling myself, in time. I
rubbed her chest and fondled her breasts,
wringing the nipples. Then I did something I
didn;t think about. I leaned my face down and
took one of the nipples in my mouth, and I
sucked. Her back arched a bite, and she moaned
quietly. I licked all around the nipple and sucked
the breast, while my left hand worked on her
other. She moaned again, and I felt the time was
ready. "Kayla, I asked, and I paused for a second,
Can I Bleep you?" She stopped moaning instantly
and looked up at me. I had thought it was the
right time, but maybe I was wrong. My dick was
throbbing in need; I physically NEEDED to be
inside of her. Her eyes looked straight into mine,
and she slowly nodded. I was surprised, and very
excited.
"Alright, I said, are you one the pill?" She nodded
again (She never was much of a talker). I got off
of her, and climbed over her. I was surprised how
difficult it was to line up my dick with her
opening. She helped by reaching down her hand
and placing my it at her entrance. I moved my
dick between her fingers, and she moved her
hand. I looked at her. "This is going to hurt you at
first. Maybe a lot."
"I know, she said, but I need you inside me.
NOW." She said the last word with heavy force,
and I didn't need any other force. I pushed the
head of my dick into her pussy. It was tight, and
there were juices all around making it easier, but
ti was still tight, and it felt so good. I pushed a
little farther in, until I came to the barrier I had
been expecting. I was about to deflower
her...maybe this wasn't a good idea. But I
couldn't go back now. It felt too good. I backed
out and pushed back in a few times, widening the
path. Finally, I pushed forward strongly and broke
the barrier in one thrust. Kayla shrieked and dug
her nails into my hand like claws. I wasn't in far
yet, but I couldn't keep going. She was breathing |

Controversy has trailed the death of the Ooni of
Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuade, Olubuse II as the Royal
Traditional Council,RTC, of the town, Wednesday,
said the paramount ruler is alive and in good
state of health.
The RTC, which comprises of all traditional chiefs
and title holders in Ile-Ife, said Oba Sijuade is not
only in a good state of health but added that the
royal father was preparing for his son’s wedding
holding Sunday, next week, in Lagos.
Sources close to the foremost traditioner ruler
told Vanguard at the palace that the traditional
wedding of the new couple took place last
weekend in London.
Addressing newsmen in the House of Chiefs
located within the premises of Ile-Oodua palace of
the Ooni, Lowa of Ife, Oba Joseph Ijaodola who
spoke in Yoruba, said the report in the media that
the monarch died in a London Hospital of an
undisclosed ailment,was untrue.
Also speaking, the secretary Royal Traditional
Council of Ife, who is also the Ladin of Ife, High
Chief Adetoye Odewole, said the Ooni is hale and
hearty and he even spoke to the chiefs on the
phone few hours earlier.
Ooni of Ife, Oba Okunade Sijuade
He added “those behind the death story are
enemies of Ife and as I speak with you, the chiefs
have not heard anything like that. This is not the
first time such rumour will be carried about our
father.
“They did it in 1984, also in 2004 and now, these
people are coming up with another rumour. Oba
Sijuade remains in sound state of health”.
Chairman, Ife Development Board, Prof. Muib
Opeloye, said Ife as a town with a rich tradition
has its way of managing its affairs.
Opeloye maintained that the royal father was
preparing for his son’s wedding, urging people
not to panic and go about their normal daily
activities.
Meanwhile, the entrance of the Ooni’s palace was
shut to visitors, as only newsmen, chiefs and
relations of Oba Sijuade were allowed into the
premises.
Many indigenes and residents of Ife had
converged on the palace but were prevented
from going in by the guards.
Meanwhile, the Osun state government is yet to
make official statement concerning the demise of
the monarch.
But the Osun State House of Assembly has
expressed its sympathy to Governor Rauf
Aregbesola, state council of Traditional rulers and
chiefs, the good people of ancient city of Ile Ife
and the immediate and extended families of the
late Oba Okunade Sijwade Olubuse, the Ooni of Ife
as the great King joined his ancestors.
In a statement issued by the Speaker’s
spokesman, Mr. Goke Butika, the parliament “in a
condolence message by the Speaker, Mr Najeem
Salaam “expressed his regret and shock over the
transition of the natural ruler to the silent land of
his forebear, saying the engine room of royalty
and the custody of Yoruba cosmology has just
been temporarily grounded by the clog of death”.
“We celebrate the life and time of the great king,
Oba Sijuwade, attesting that the monarch exuded
unique royalty almost equivalent of imperial
culture that could not be rivaled while he called
the shot on the revered stool of his fathers”.
“The parliament then sent its condolence to the
governor over the loss of the monarch and prayed
that the Supreme Eludumare, the Cherisher of
Aiye would rest the late natural father”,the
statement added. www.vanguardngr.com/2015/07/ooni-of-ife-is-alive-says-royal-traditional-council/ |
Do you not stipulate that the utilization of such
grandiloquent dialog impedes the success of
rudimentary comprehension, encourages
rampant obfuscation, and is the antithesis of

Vikkie14:Nice post but you shouldn't just tag my submission rubbish just because u not seeing things from my own angle. He really pushed Aregbe cos from my own past experiences ACN(APC) didn't use to spend money but when Omisore started sharing things Aregbe knew there was problem so,he started buying things for electorates like rice, giving out money for APC zonal chairmen to lure people to his side. Next was about road, actually during his first 4 years he did 1 kilometre in every wards in Osun state-stand to be corrected .The project was to last for 3 months but it lasted for 1 year but he didn't come to commission it b4 my good people started using it Btw : thanks for the enlightenment |

Next on the topic is the crazy things in I saw in Osun state I saw things that made me laugh, cry and lose hope in Nigeria because the only dividend of democracy am getting is from my parents salary now on governor is now holding their salary Firstly, I saw street sellers claiming boss over civil servants.I went to an old friend house and I saw this dirty woman cursing my friend's mother to pay her money that that's the only mean for her to feed her children..It was funny but I didn't laugh because I didn'( want my friend to feel somehow because it been long we talked. Secondly,I saw his children going round. With little or no hope about future..It been like almost 4 month they went to school where their private school counterparts were going to school..I notice it had little or no effect on them cos they're still going around with things like all is well Furthermore, I saw civil servant picking of menial jobs to feed their family. Masters holder are now bike man, farmer etc just because of food and needs In addiction, I knew realities about how hard my parents are trying for us..When things was good it was fun been at home but cos of unpaid salary it was no fun.. I wanted to collect 1k for sub but he told me did I see his car outside that the car #500 fault..He said now before he spend money he had to reason it..People would say Osun people can collect loan from banks but the reality is banks don't borrow workers money again..My dad told me there excuse is OUR OGA AT THE TOP is owning them Let talk about failed promises. After meeting with NLC people said he was going to pay for two month but the shock came when he paid half a month..Some people received #500 alert and was deducted because of outstanding overdraft ... |
Fast forward to my town I got to my area that evening and I saw dust on my father's car. That said a lot that it been long he took his car outside and what shocked me was he is still using the same car he bought two years ago..This popped the question ..Maybe he is no more in love with cars or our expenses has been too much lately ..When I dropped my bad I put a call out to an old friend and he said he was inside secretariat that I can come and meet him there I called a bike and off I went to secretariat. The 5 minutes journey was no fun because the bike man was a PDP man,he kept saying things about politics which I was not interested because have missed my friend. The secretariat was a shadow of what I left ..Half was burnt and by the look of things I knew it been a long it burnt, with this nothing was done about it..I later saw my chairman's house and it was a big house indeed Now,let talk about things in Osun I read a post here that when Aregbesola came to Ilesa people came out to show love ..It was a LIE ..People came out to see their governor, they came out to see who was around..You know that feeling like I have seen Davido/Wizkid before .So, it was not because they love him. Let us talk about causes of Osun problem: It not that Aregbesola is a bad man but his advisers failed him. He embarked on projects that are more than Osun money. He thought he was in Lagos that their internal revenue was much,he forgot reverse is the case in Osun state . Our governor also forgot that PDP was spending federal money during last year election that took him in for second term.. Omisore pushed him with the way he spent money and Aregbesola took the bait and started spending money. I know he did the what he ought to do but he spent a lot money and borrowed in other to compete with federal money |
shaddoww:I won't advice my enemies to do that but am still going to do that if u can tell me u don't know some parents can do any thing because of their children??...Well my parents are one of those ...If u read the updates I said crazy things about my school which can be taken up by them(private uni wahala). Pls try to understand. Shalom ...Typing |
gbolah1:I don't have time to type all nw |
I thought I was free to write exam until when it was announced on wednesday that people on guarantor list should pay if they want to continue writing exam ....I called my dad and he said I should come home that before money he was going to get the money. After my paper on friday I took exit which I had already booked on wednesday evening. I embarked on a journey that I don't know how it was going to be ...I was happy because it almost 2 years I left ...I love spending my holidays with family and friends My next update will be on Situation in Osun and so on |
Situation when both your Dad (local government staff ) and Mom(teacher) are civil servant under current Osun state government These past two weeks has been one of the longest weeks of my life. It all started when we were about to start exam and my money remained more than #70k(private Uni) ...I called my dad and he said he had no money and the school announced there will be no exam clearance if payments were not made. I called him again and he told me it been 8 months he received his salary last. I was like are you serious?? (I always know it all thanks to nairaland). He said he was going to come to my school and he really came.. Hmmm, I saw the richest man in my world begging bursar and he was still insisting on NO ..I felt a drop of tear on my cheek ...Father's love indeed ...He went back home without getting the exam clearance for me and after little investigation I was told there was guarantor form in school.. I went there and filled the form. Luckily for me school stood as guarantor for me..I called my dad that all was well not knowing big Wahala/Idamu/trouble was knocking waiting for me to open More later ...Abeg I no proof read ooo cos I don't want guys here to see me putting my private matter on social media ...We (nairalanders) are family right? |
