Good day Nairalanders. I am very new here because I joined early last Month. I have made a post and comments but i still don't get howbit works. Please can someone enlighten me about Naira land platform and the requirements for payment.

God's command on not consuming blood is different from blood transfusion because it has different purposes. We consume blood for satisfaction and pleasure but blood transfusion saves lives.
Blood is life, so it is life for a life not life to be eaten.
If blood transfusion is against God's command why then did God endowed medical doctors the ability idea of blood transfusion.
God created the world perfectly, one for another.
So eating blood is just the same as killing while blood transfusion and other medical aspects are life saving.

Paying Tithe is just the act of giving not mandatory. The mistake we are making today is that we pay Tithe out of responsibility and not love. Giving should be done from within and in love not by coarse.
Well, it is not our fault, it is the teachings and principles we met.

When God ask the people of isrealite to pay Tithe in the old testament, it's just to teach them how to give and to test their obedience. But since the dispensation of the holy spirit, we no longer need the principles like paying Tithe before we give. And even throughout the ministry of Jesus Christ on earth, I did not see anything like paying Tithe.
So therefore, what Jesus is really talking about is in Matthew 25:31-46. Giving to the less privileged, the needy, the homeless, widow etc, not to the already rich and wealthy people.

So concerning the question you ask, it already shows that you only want to pay tithe out of responsibility. God is not a thief and he does not choke. You collecting money as a loan and you are thinking of paying tithe even before using the money for profit is wrong. Even God told the people of isrealite to eat their first harvest. So I would advise that even if you want to give tithe, it should be given in the right manner and in the right place.

Am a lady

Saying that this is the livelihood for the singles ladies outside there is absolutely wrong. What happen to their hands? why can't they work? Or better still get themselves a rich single guy.
The only scenario where the lady in this video is not guilty is if the man told her he is single. As a lady, you knew a man is married and still go ahead with the relationship means you are not responsible, you don't have vision, in fact you are not different from a prostitute.

So as for the wife, she might have been suspecting for long before making a decision to trail her husband that day, at least to satisfy her curiosity. I watched a short clip where a guy is trying to pluck mango from the tree with a stick. He was there when some other people came to pluck theirs, yet he hasn't gotten anything. He tried and tried till he got frustrated and angrily threw the stick up. As he turned his back, he that felt something fell. It was the mango he was trying to pluck falling down in abundance.

Sound funny though, but this is a very viatl issuebin the family now. Back in those days, women do kneel for their husband but nowadays, civilization has changed everything.
Nevertheless, the woman is faulty because she has received several warning from the husband but did not yield. It is not a bad thing to kneel down for a spiritual father, and some men do not care, but if your husband demands same respect, you should give him.
Seeing that the wife is ready to change, i think the husband should consider taking her back if he truly love her.

In as much as i do not support sexual assault in marriage, i totallly do not support the law or punishment that follows.
For instance, this law will encourage women to starve their husband of sex. Any small thing now, "Dont touch me, am not in the mood or am tired" so you husband will be like "i dont want to go to jail o". Gradually, gradually you are sending the man out. So what are we now saying.
What i will just say is that there should be a mutual understanding between the husband and the wife.
And this is to the women, even if you are not in good terms with your husband, dont starve him of sex, else you will choose either he goes outside to do it or he rape you.
Talk of the punisment. So a woman will be okay with her husband spending life in prison just because of some misunderstanding right?

The silence of God to Evil does not mean he is a fool or he is not just, it is a way to tell us that he is not a human.

As God is full of justice so also he is full of mercy and compassion. He is just too sufficicient in all. It is He who sit in heaven and does what he likes.

Our God is slow to anger does not mean he overlook evil, it is not just the right time to take action.

Looking at the world full of evil, yet God is still good to us. Despite our sins, we are still enjoying the goodness of God. The day and night still favour us, our health is intact, we are protected. These does not mean God does not detest evil, it just God showering his sufficient grace on us.

Note this, God grace should not be taken for granted but as a previledge, because God does not want the death of a sinner but to repent.

The rate at which people even the Christians nowadays misunderstand the scripture is very alarming.

Firstly, the bible says in 2Timothy 3:16, "All scriptures are written by the inspiration of God..." The inspiration there is the Spirit of God which rest upon what men has written. So without the Spirit of God, the bible will just be a mere novel without impact. Therefore men cannot comprehend or understand the bible without the spirit of God in them.
The Spirit of God bears witness with ours and when the deep of God call unto our deep, that gives birth to understanding. So a live of a Christian without the holy spirit is lifeless.

From the first day we gave our life to Christ, we have been given the power to become the children of God (John 1:12). But we can only become the child of God when we have the Spirit of God in us (Romans 8:16).

God is trinity in nature (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) as man is (Body, Soul and spirit) but the spirit of man is powerless without the Spirit of God coming in contact with it.


1 Corinthians 2:9-10 says, "for it is written, eyes have not seen, neither has ear heard what God has for those that love God. But it has been revealed to us through his Spirit, for his Spirit search all deeper things of God". So as a Christian accessing the mind of God is only through the Holyspirit.
