Car looks clean I must say. Kindly confirm the car is the simple 4 cylinder engine, no faults and if 4.7M can take it next week after inspection?

Cars a 2008 not 2007. Car was made in November of 2007 for 2008 sales. Note 2007 camry became available for sale in June 2006, as new year specs of cars launch in June each year.

I recently discovered one of the problems people have with Beamers is cost cutting. I used Mobil XHP on my E70 X5 30xi and it started the Vanos rattle. Switched to full synthetic under a month and rattles gone. Also always ensure that cage on the oil filter cover is never lost. Simple as it looks It ensures the pressure to the vanos systems.

Thats rattling sound is simply the worn Vanos system gears and lash. Get a good mechanic to either change the top valves section and you should be good. The sound is usually like mables in a bucket.
