the president of my department was suspended due to fund mismanagement and during his suspension period the vice president automatically became the Acting president but to my surprise i heard about the suspended president dragging with the acting president the issue of presidential speech to be printed in the notebook done while he was still on suspension, IS IT RIGHT FOR HIM TO GIVE A NY PRESIDENTIAL SPEECH WHILE ON SUSPENSION AND NOT LEAVE?
