2 After that, dial *131*4# to check your data balance. If you are lucky, you should see 5GB data smiling at you.

Education / JAMB 2019 Registration Begins – Monitoring Thread by holyexpos(m): 10:05am On Oct 30, 2018
The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, had confirmed that Registrations for the 2019 JAMB UTME will begin by the end of October, during a meeting with Journalists in Abeokuta. The statement directly meant that 2019 JAMB Forms should be on sale on or before 31st October, 2018.

The entire Naijaorbit Staff and Students are closely monitoring the situation, as we will be using this post to monitor the moment access is grated for 2019 Registration from the JAMB Portal, mainly from www.jamb.org.ng. We will update this particular post, with registration details, as they become available. Feel free to save this link or bookmark this page.

JAMB 2019 Registration Begins – Monitoring Thread

There is currently no information on the proposed cost of JAMB Form, as Prof Oloyede earlier stated that the cost of the JAMB Registration Forms will be left for FG to ultimately decide. The actual dates for conducting the 2019 UTME is also yet to be ascertained, but the Registrar has assured the public that it would not clash with the coming 2019 Elections.

We believe these information will be released in the official publication to announce the commencement for sales of forms.
For candidates who are still expecting their names on of the various admission lists, you’re urged to always check your admission status on JAMB Caps. Sales of 2019 JAMB form does not put an end to Admissions for 2018/2019. In fact, in some schools, and based on Myschool experience, admissions are likely to go on even till next year.

For those who are already sure they will be writing the 2019 UTME, please keep visiting this website to stay up to date on when the registration begins.

Schools, Institutions, Tutorial Centres, Business Centres & Cafes can start setting up their CBT Centres to become JAMB CBT Agents and Training Centres to help train students for the upcoming exams. https://www.naijaorbit.com/jamb-2019-registration-begins-monitoring-thread/
Education / Final Advice On Jamb 2019 Expo, Runs And Special CBT Centers Scam by holyexpos(m): 10:11am On Oct 15, 2018
How do I get Jamb 2019 expo , runs or special CBT Centre for Jamb 2019? This is the question I have been receiving from numerous Jamb 2019 candidates for the past few weeks.
This question started after I wrote an article on the best and confirmed Jamb expo you need for Jamb 2019. You may want to read it by clicking here .

Now, many candidates have been asking whether I do Jamb runs and If I could help them in Jamb 2019 . Some even proceed further to ask how much I charge for Jamb runs.

The truth of the matter is that I don’t engage in Jamb runs. Here at Naijaorbit
, I give you genuine guide on how to pass Jamb and other relevant examinations once and for all.
Before now, it was very easy to get confirmed Jamb expo sent to you via sms on the exam day. This had actually done more harm than good.

Back to the question , will Jamb runs and special center exist for Jamb 2019? Personally, I think it is not possible to do expo or runs in
Jamb 2019 and special centers will not be available.

After the famous jamb cbt update that happened few years back, many other updates has followed.
Jamb now has CCTV Cameras installed in all accredited centers and even wrist watches are not allowed in the exam halls. Beside that, there are other strict measures to stop cheating.

Now, you may be asking, what is the way forward? It is very simple, you need to read .
Your best bet in passing Jamb 2019 is hard work. Remember, as far as Jamb is concerned, you will either succeed or suck seeds.

What if I cannot answer all the Jamb questions? It is true that you may not know the answers to all the questions that would be set in the CBT examination, however, there are confirmed and genuine strategies that would make you answer Jamb questions you don’t know correctly.

In conclusion, beware of those who will ask you to send them money so that you would be sent answers in the hall. It is scam! Say NO to Jamb malpractice and be a good citizen…

Education / UNILAG Cut Off Mark 2018/2019 And Departmental Cut Off Point by holyexpos(m): 11:42am On Sep 14, 2018
UNILAG Cut off Mark 2018/2019 and Departmental Cut off Point

There are certain criteria to be observed by students before being admitted to study in any of the courses in any university. One of these which include meeting the required cut of mark for each schools as well as the courses itself.  It is very easy to obtain admission if one has met the required cut off mark for the admission into a particular course.

UNILAG Cut off Mark 2018

Cut off mark is an agreed score set by a particular institution as a basic of admitting students into the department of study.  This score is usually accredited to candidates based on their performance in a particular examination. However, students who have scored above the required cut off mark will be given admission and preferentially treated in admission process above those who have met the exacts cut off mark.

UNILAG JAMB Fixed Cut-off Mark 2018

Following the scrapping out of post UTME by the federal government, the Joints Admission and Matriculation board (JAMB) had given a bench mark of 180 and above for candidates applying for Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education. Hitherto, the University of Lagos has follow suit in the 180 general cut of mark of JAMB.

You might ask questions like: I had 180 and above but was not still given the admission to study my desired course?

Candidates with higher scores are first considered; in admission basics, candidates with lower scores though might meet the cut off mark of 180 may likely not be admitted. In fact, it is the higher your scores, the higher the chance of being admitted.

UNILAG Departmental Cut-off Mark 2018

The University of Lagos does not really have a specific cut off mark for courses. However, candidates who have scored a minimum of one 180 in UTME examination is eligible to apply for admission into any of their choice courses.

Due to the high number of students wishing to study in the University of Lagos, the admission processes is competitive and an admission is given based on JAMB score and O level grades.

Below are courses offered in the university as well as their cut off mark;

2019 UTME Won’t Be Affected By The INEC Elections – JAMB Boss

The Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board ( JAMB ), Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, has disclosed that the 2019 general elections would not affect the board’s 2019/2020 examination.

According to him, there will be no need for a shift in the examination date because of the 2019 general elections as INEC has done well by giving a prior notice six months ago and JAMB has adjusted appropriately.

Oloyede decried the rate at which candidates, who were not qualified to write the examination applied for it, thereby, causing what he described as “unnecessary luggage” on the board.
He said that the examination body would adopt stiffer measures to check incidences of unqualified candidates from applying and writing the examination for the 2019/2020 admission exercise.

JAMB 2019 Registration Begins October – What you need to know for now

The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, has confirmed that Registrations for the 2019 JAMB UTME will begin by the end of October. This directly translates that 2019 JAMB Forms should be on sale before 31st October, 2018. This was confirmed while he was fielding questions from Journalists in Abeokuta.

According to Prof Oloyede, JAMB is currently fine-tuning the registration process for the exams, based on experiences from the previously conducted exam. It was noticed that a good number of less qualified candidates applied for the exam last year, thereby causing unnecessary baggage for the board.

Prof. Oloyede had earlier stated that the cost of the JAMB Registration Forms will be left for FG to ultimately decide. He then added that; “We are not interested in the money. We are interested in having adequate preparation for those who are genuine students”.

2018 WAEC PHYSICS PRECAUTIONS TO TAKE NOTE OFF | WASSCE SPECIMEN

A SIMPLE PENDULUM

A simple pendulum is an arrangement, wherein an inelastic thin string of ideally no mass with a heavy point bob at one end and tied to a fixed horizontal rod, hanging freely and is free to make movement about mean point.

The precautions while measuring period of oscillations:

>>Record time for arround 20 oscillations. And record the time for a repeated number of 20 oscillations and find the average period of oscillations.

>>The length of the pendulum should take into account hook, sring length, and radius of the bob.

>The sring should not be streched too much while measuring its length.

>The amplitudes should be very small, or the angle of the amplitude should be very small.
