Here is a simple guide on how to make Chicken Oyster Sauce Yield: 5 servings Prep time: <10mins Cook time: 20 mins Total time: <30mins Ingredients 1/2kg chicken breast Chicken Marinade 1tsp Soy Sauce 3tbsp shredded Fresh Habanero Pepper and Onion Mix 1tsp crushed garlic and ginger mix 1tsp Chef Stone Spice 1tsp Oregano 1 cube Knorr Sauce Paste Mix 2 tbsp. Corn Flour 4 tbsp. Oyster Sauce 2tbsp sesame oil 2 cubes Knorr 1tbsp brown sugar Stir fry 3 Tbsp. Canola oil for stir frying the vegetables 1tbsp sesame oil 2 each Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper 1 large Onions Salt to taste 2tbsp pepper mix (fresh oregano + garlic + ginger blend) Prep • Cut chicken breast into large cubes, marinate with pepper mix, salt, soy sauce, secret spice, knorr cube and oregano and place in the fridge till you are ready to cook • Mix Corn Flour, Oyster Sauce, sesame oil, Knorr, brown sugar and mix together • Dice bell pepper and onions in big chunks Instruction: • Heat wok, add little oil, sauté onions, ginger and garlic; stir after a minute add chicken, stir fry for the next 7 to 10mins, remove chicken from wok. • Add little oil into the wok, and stir in onions, sauté and then add pepper, salt, knorr and the sauce paste mix, allow it cook for another 2 minutes, • After 2 minutes, add fried chicken stir, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary • Add bell pepper and spring onions stir • Remove from immediately and serve with boiled Basmati Rice To get recipes of Ofe Owere, Oven Baked Rice, Healthy Banana Oatmeal Bread and more.
