BrandKing: I professionalism is never about gender but rather it is caused by either the company lacking to give or spend money on proper staff training or the staff just decides not to implement the training knowing the management has no stiff punishment for defaulters.

yeah, I know... I only spoke out anger. Still I dont like dealing with ladies. Their customer officer misled me with information that is against their practices.

I dont like konga's customer care officers/team. They act like uneducated people. They dont even understand the company's business. Anyway, I dont blame them cos most/all of them are ladies.

@Tpappie, I contacted someone who passed through same MT programme. He's now a well do man. ''He said I shldnt bother about the bond issue. He said I shld leave during the process of the training but he said I shld b involved in so many activities + some professional courses that can improve my CV... He said the training (9 - 12mnths) + good professional courses is like a direct 3 yrs experience''.

But I tire for engineering companies in dis our dear country. They usually pay less for entry level except Oil and Gas coys. But oil nd gas coys recruitment takes forever.

This situation is worrying and sickening. Accounting, finance, audit is even fair but engineering is wide and you need a full experience to land a gud job with a gud pay.

I told a facility manager of a company about a chance in his company, all he said is xperience is the main thing. He said I shld just try this offer maybe for a year neglecting the 50% refund and get a good professional certificate, I might be considered.

Lol.... The bond is after the whole exercise (1.5 or 2yrs).... The main issue is how much will be paid after the exercise... The guy said for now Supervisor is receiving @ least N100k while d manager receive @ least N150k.
