I will only advice you to get married at this point if you have a lady that has a good business or earns a good salary.

If you don't have such a lady, then forget about marriage and invest the #2.5 m in a business. Ensure that you take your time to learn the business before investing in it. UBER can be profitable if you understand the terrian.

It is this business that will act as a pillar when you get married. The financial pillar will make you to have a happy marriage where you will earn your respect.

Without laying this pillar, you and your wife will be fighting everyday at home when the #2.5 m finishes and you fail to get another contract.

Buying a land is also good but it should be a future plan after you have achieve the other two- business and marriage.

how long have you been grinding? You are 38 now and still look at where you at. How much do you earn in a month? Can you take care of yourself and your wife? If you know you want to get a wife and start a family, just do it now because that which you wait for might never come. That contract that paid you 2.5m, follow that same path again and see how it works out but for the main time, Get married don't spend too much on the marriage get an understand woman who believes in you and will settle with you for less. Don't kill yourself do only what is important. I don't know where you stay and how much marriage cost but make sure after the marriage you have 1m left, then keep grinding.

I am confused about whether I should go and marry since age is not on my side or if, I should invest the money on property like land or buy a car for uber?? need your advice.

How did you save the 15M? If it's through biz, continue the biz and start a building project gradually. If it's through lottery/ sports betting, start up a biz

I’m very sure you’re not married. If you were, you’d know that there are lots of families doing decently ok with less than 300k monthly pay per partner.

How many people in their 30s earn up to 400k monthly? Just look around you and count the number of people in their mid 30s and below who earn up to 400k per month. You’re using high profile men who married late as examples, if you ask those same men, I don’t think they’ll advise him to follow in their footsteps.

Bottom line is, marriage doesn’t restrict a man from achieving his goals and reaching his desired height. What stunts their growth is poor planning, breeding indiscriminately, lack of decency and unsuitable partners .

Fact is, marriage slows down the growth of women and not men for obvious reasons

Nairalanders, please I really need your advice. Am really afraid of marriage. Am already 37yrs this year! I keep postponing it. I earn average income from my business; atleast I can boost of 300k-400k per month. with this, I can take care of my wife and children..Unfortunately! Am afraid of marriage for the following reasons.
1) I have a believe that if I get married I will lose focus.
2) the fear of not achieving what I want to achieve in life.
3) am afraid of diverting from my main goal in life and focus on something else.
4) fear of marital issues that will make me lose focus and plan.
5) marrying to pretendous woman.
6) a lot more.
Please I need your advice
