The Public Relations Department of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) published on Sunday evening an image showing the burnt skull of a U.S. soldier among the wreckage of a C-130 aircraft

According to Iran’s Fars News Agency, the IRGC stated that the image is further evidence of what it described as the disgraceful failure of former U.S. President Donald Trump, calling him a “liar and gambler.”

Earlier today, Colonel Ibrahim Zolfaqari, spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters of the Iranian Armed Forces, confirmed that what the U.S. military had described as a “rescue operation” for a pilot ended in complete failure.

On February 28, the United States and Israel reportedly launched a new offensive against Iran, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of civilians and targeted schools, hospitals, mosques, and other civilian infrastructure.

In response, Iran launched an operation dubbed “True Promise 4” targeting Israeli positions and U.S. bases in the region.
