REQUIREMENTS

Prepare Budget
Prepare timely account and financial statements – profit & loss account, balance sheet, cashflow statement and notes to account.
Record Management – maintain financial files and records (soft & hard copies)
Monitor budget and expenditure
Compliance and control to accounting and HOT standard.
Monitor the petty cash system
Preparation of other periodic account/financial statements
Maintenance of accounts; Cash Book, Cheque Books, etc
Timely posting of data into accounting system.
Ensure preparation of invoices and receipts.
Monitor and reconcile stock records
Credit control activities – follow up on customers, escalate issues, resolve conflict issues
Must be able to use accounting software
