1. Must reside in Abuja
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
3. 1-2 years Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
6. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
7. Good knowledge of the local real estate market
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
