Success Digest Growth Initiative is a Non-governmental organization founded in August 2015 and registered with the corporate affairs commission (CAC) in Nigeria with certificate number (CAC/IT/NO 80360) to provide microfinance and developmental services to retail business owners who are registered members of the organization. The objective of the organization is consistent with the aims and ongoing efforts of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Nigeria Federal Government in promoting friendly financial inclusion to household individuals at the bottom of the pyramid. The organization is a national institution currently operating in several states, and providing loans to active poor women and men.

Job Description:


- Review loan requests.
- Assess clients' financial status.
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risks.
- Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation.
- Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.
- Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)
- Set up payment plans.
- Recovery of Loans from clients (also a field role).
- Applicant must reside within Oyo, Ogun, Lagos, and Kwara.
- Applicant must be willing to relocate and will be provided with accommodation (if they are outside the required regions).
