Do you enjoy reading and writing for pleasure? Are you fluent in English and have great creative imagination? Join our team! We are looking for a 3 top draw content writers for our new Nigerian Business and Tech website who can write well-researched, high-quality and orignal articles in any of the following category: Business, Career, and Finance African start-ups, Technology, Fundraising in Africa, especially Nigeria, Legal requirements for doing/starting business in Nigeria, etc. Example topics are: How to Start Your Own Website Keyword: Start/Create Notes: What is a website? Could talk about the history of web design. How to start your own website. Business Website Templates Keyword: Business Notes: Why does a business need a website? Start-ups Keyword: Start-up, Business plan, Venture Capitalist Note: What are the steps that lead to a successful start-up? What is a Venture Capitalist? And how to get in touch? It is crucial that all content are unique (I will ask that you check each article in copyscape and I will do that same). The average blog post size will be 600-700 words. Every piece of content must also be optimised for SEO using a target keyword or keyword string. Full credit will be given to the author: you will also have your personal page on the website as a team member. Initially I will pay around ₦1000-1500 per article. Requirements: You should be able to make a deep research on topic Your articles must me informative, should contain real data (numbers, statistics, professionals’ quotes, etc.) You should be able to write in a conversational tone, the posts must be very easy and interesting to read. You will be the individuality of the blog. You should be familiar with this niche. You should be able to write at least 2-3 articles per week. In total I need 8 articles per week to be divided between 3 writers. Basic knowledge of Joomla. Writing skills, English , creativitiy, creativity, creativity! First and foremost. Traditional way is not our way! Well, not all of it at least. Please send a few articles you feel are closest to the writing style I need (preferably something in mentioned topics). The process will be following: For new blogs everything (style, tone, etc. ) is up to you. You will be asked to come up with your own blog post ideas (I will have to approve them). You write 1 blog post I will review your post. You follow my feedback and make the updates (if needed) I approve the post You continue working on the rest of articles You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: What past project or job have you had that is most like this one and why? Why did you apply to this particular job? Why do you think you are a good fit for this particular project? Which of the required job skills do you feel you are strongest at?
