I have been breeding local turkey breed from February to sell in December. The Turkeys are now big but are not weighing much. Which food can I give to them to give them some good weight within the next two months? They have always been on growers feed. Advise are welcome. |
When people make comments that woman of nowadays are not submissive, I wonder of they really know the meaning. My grandpa died at 90 over 20 years ago and he was married to two wives. I smile when I remember his lifestyle. He respects his wives and in-turn they revere him. He trains the female children like the male and encourages them to achieve anything the men could achieve. Not only this, he gave them support to excel like men: equal opportunities. He respects his wives wishes, they dialogue together and I have never seen any situation that will make any wife disobey him yet when he needed to move home and he told the wives, they said what about their businesses. he said no problem and moved home to test the waters first and later the wives joined him six months later. That is a MAN. You do not demand respect as a man. When you demand, it shows you only wear trousers but do not have the qualities. When the qualities are there, other things fall into place. |
Re: Ex-naval Captain, Wife Fight Over Son’s Custody (photo) by Sunnymatey(m): 8:08am I wont blame the man. Wives should submit to their husbands no matter what. My business is crumbling today cus l granted my wife permission to work in a distance of about 6-7 hours journey after she refused to be persuaded. I pay my rent and hers, send money for feeding weekly cus her salary is way too small and most time not even paid for a period of 7 months. If l had stopped her, the whole world would have heard and blamed me. Now to even afford my rent is a problem. My advice to wives is, if a man ask u not to work, ask him for reasons and if they're cogent enough then go with him. People should think well, put yourself in these couple's shoes before commenting. If the marriage is 21 years and she has obeyed him by not working, for her to now start working means that woman prefers to work instead of getting money from other means which may be worse. Also, for someone working for an airline must be around Ikeja and you moving to Badagry is like setting up the woman to fail in the new job: What time will you leave Badagry in the morning to get to work before 8am in Ikeja? I think the retired Captain should despite being the head of his house which from what I read the woman is not contesting talk to his woman without his ego because it doesn't put food on the table and let that old love for the sake of the children overcome his Ego and stubbornness. |
Hmmm. Some people don't steal ideas from Reddit etc. and have over 15years experience in PR so please do not generalise. When it comes to developing strategies/ideas, its good to generate case studies for yourself and ask people to help you critic it. Doing this often helps broaden your thoughts and you will be surprised you will become a guru PR practitioner. Its not about getting the job now but being a faculty. Look at the long run and not the short term. |

I usually buy often on Dealdey but in the last 3 months, it has been a disaster (deliveries get into the second month). I have recommended a friend who had the same harrowing experience with Dealdey whereby it took them one full month to deliver his shirt (after he called and almost threatened them 4 times). The only good experience I had with them was almost 6 months ago when delivery was done in one week. Please share your experience, maybe it will help them shape in or shape out. |
My colleague was involved in that accident, we were informed they took the victims to Maitama General Hospital and Garki Hospital and the two hospitals rejected them before my coleague finally gave up. She is dead now. Coming all the way from Kubwa to Central Area and now losing her life at Nicon junction. |
I have a GTB card too and its always within 48 hours. GTB has even called me on two occasions to confirm if i got a reversal. Someone somewhere should please check Fidelity Bank. Filled Consumer Protection Council form online. Nothing yet from Them. |
With CBN cashless policy everywhere, I don't think the system is ready for Nigerians to embrace this. My experience. Used a POS in a supermarket in Abuja and the message was "network failure". Tried my ATM card again on the supermarkets second POS and got the same message of "network failure" so I had to pay cash. You wouldn't believe Fidelity Bank; my ATM card issuer deducted the money from my account twice like lightning. Six working days after i complained to Fidelity Bank, they reversed only one out of the two deductions and 18 working days after complaint, the second deduction is yet to be rectified. Every time I call customer service; its one apology or the other. Spoke to a friend who also said his own N20,000 of 6 weeks ago (ATM - issuer inoperative) with the same Fidelity Bank has not been resolved. Whenever he calls too, its apologies. Two other colleagues told me that was why they stopped using the bank for their transactions. If you have been a victim of this in any of the banks; share your thoughts so that the Cashless "encouragers" (CBN) will know the system is "crippled" |

There is an issue here i want us to examine. The Lagos census result: with the growth rate as propounded by UNDP and even Nigeria's growth rate to the figures brought out for Lagos, dont people know this does not tally? I am confused with this Nigeria thing. Its like making ourselves like fool befor ethe international community. Even if they are going to cut down Lagos figure, it should not be blatant. |
