Messi and Suarez are established enough to correct Dembele. If you do the right thing, nobody will shout at you, nobody, but if you keep doing the wrong thing, you deserve even slap.

We are talking about sports, not politics. Sports is a physical exercise and it is a competition. If your mind is not fired up for it, you might be unable to deliver the best you can. It is like marching to a war. If you put away your aggressive side and become meek, so you can look like Mr Lincoln, the best leader of all time, you will be butchered. Suarez was the leader of the attack yesterday, Busquets, midfield and Pique, defence. Everyone controls there department. Suarez has more leadership quality than Messi and should have been captain ahead of him but of course he cannot be since Messi is his senior in Barca. After Puyol, Barca haven't had those charismatic captain that gets everyone pulling in the same direction and helping the young players with heavy prize tag realize that it is only through hard work that they would achieve their dreams in Barca, not by driving fancy cars and partying all night and coming late for trainings. These are some of the negative reports we get from Dembele and it shows on the pitch with his rather laissez faire attitude towards everything.

Abraham Lincoln for me is one of the greatest leaders of all time, yet he never ruled by force or aggression although he was outspoken. Everybody has their own way of leadership not by doing gra-gra.

I think Dembele played with more purpose yesterday. If it was as a result of the yelling from Suarez, then i have no problem with it. They are professionals. Nobody can teach them that what happens on the pitch, stays on the pitch. You should know Messi is not an outspoken personality, unlike Suarez who is more flamboyant. So, I am not surprised at all that Messi does not give instructions on the pitch, and that goes on to show why Messi is not regarded as a charismatic captain. Maybe, the coach may have assigned Dembele to Suarez. As a matter of fact, I think Dembele needs all the help he can get. It wouldn't be in Barca's interest to spend so much on the player and not realize the results they expect. It would even tell on the player. So, frankly, I don't mind the shouting at all, if it helps bring out the best we know he is. He is a young man. He should listen

Suarez and Messi never welcomed dembele to barca. Wonder what it is with these two. Dembele has saved us, couple of times like in the copa del ray final.
