The governor is a businessman. I just pray he is able to replicate this in the agro- allied sector in the next 3 years.

Create various chain along that line and take them public.

If each state government can establish at least 3 companies in 4 years and take them public, the economy will improve tremendously and loads of jobs will created along the value chain.

More small businesses, employers and contractors will also spring forth.
