As far as I know, it's the maiden edition. 2017's entry level trainee programs were in 3: Graduate Management Trainee Programs (GMTP), Graduate Analyst Program (GAP) and GAAP (Graduate Audit and Accounting Program).

The GMTP one strikes me as most similar to this. However as it seemed to be of a more generalistic than the rest, the others mainly more ideally suited to accountants and maybe economists from my observations.

However, all had 4 stages. With the GMTP. The Exam Stage (which I infer was swapped for the initial video), The stage with HR (which I assume we just currently finished), The stage with Department Managers (Which I believe is next), The final stage being with the CEO/Board level members to test right fit.

All this is based off of past threads available on Nairaland.

At the end of the day best to keep an open mind. But I'd suggest checking it.

From reading past threads, I'd like to assume the next phase will be some sort of group assessment.

I'm assuming business case scenarios as the program is focused on Entrepreneurship. It will be wise to prepare along those lines.

Are you serious I believe that stage should come before this one that passed. Is this the maiden edition of this STEP thing ? Or is this how their recruitment process goes generally? I have so many questions.

I don’t think they used the first video in shortlisting at all. The mail didn’t even say congratulations or anything. I believe the videos they got the first time was too heavy now they are asking for a video they can follow.

Okay. Those that didn’t get the offer are out obviously. Naija firms need to learn to send mails to those that didnt qualify. Was just in the dark since last week.

was good. Firstly, they check your credentials (emphasis on birth certificate) then the biometrics, little orientation( what the rest entails- numeric, verbal, current affairs and essay), then test.... With what we were told, feedback is expected within 5 working days

The age thing is disturbing fa. Was 26 a week ago. I don’t know if I would be allowed to write the exams

If u stay in lagos give it a trial, since u where less dan 26 when u registered and again they must av seen it bfor selecting u for d test.

The invite said age limit must be less than 26 and I was 26 last week. Is it still possible am allowed to write the test ?
