person:

3. Your Message is sent but never delivered:

know whether if their sent message(s) have
been delivered to the recipient.

A single check indicates that your message has been
sent while a double check indicates that
your message had been delivered to the
recipient.

If your sent messages always remain sent(1
check) but not delivered(2 checks) in the
person's DM.

4. Calls don't go through:
When you've been blocked by someone, all
attempted calls will never go through.
