those are the ones that won't work even when the opportunity is given to them on a platter of gold. there is one elderly man here in my area who is so jobless that he keeps smoking rothmas and weed daily,7 of his elder brothers are all over Europe doing fine,his brothers even sent containers with goods worth over 70million countless times,but he sold everything including cars cheaply just to drink alcohol,smoke and womanize. his in-laws found job for him 5times but he refuse to work,he prefers to blame government and tax people for 200naira daily to smoke and drink Pepsi. his brothers married for him but still nothing productive is coming out of him so they cut him off. his blind old mother is the one feeding him and giving him money. his wife is the one taking care of their only daughter because she is a nurse retiring soon. it was both him and the wife the wife's brother found the hospital job for but he bluntly refuse to work. everyone sees him as a bad omen. so my brother you are right. even if govt succeed in creating jobs for everyone, there are some lazy ones who won't work but prefer to steal from the hard working folks. if you see this man insulting government today,you will think he is one hard working individual.

you are not far from the truth, but don't you think if the government invest on employment sector, build more factories,industries and agricultural sector all over the place,it will reduce the rate of idleness,laziness and crimes. I know some people are destined to be lazy,even if government give them 1million naira per day job,they will still grumble and complain. the government has a lot to do.
