CDCFIB recruitment is never a fast recruitment, it usually takes minimum of 2years to complete, whenever I see people asking for updates concerning it I will just laugh.

An agency doesn't need to indicate recruitment in their budget to recruit. If you go through the budget of all agencies that are currently recruiting, 80% did not indicate

According to my state commission at federal character,he said the waiver that they gave them has expired, so they where told to choose a date to come and request for new waiver maybe that's why they put so many people that doesn't have strong connect on hold if not almost on a weekly basis they do give out Apl.
