Have not gotten my eligibility message and i pay and filled the form early and i upload the necessary documents. Pls house is there any need for me to go to the pg school for complaint or clarification cos am worried.

House pls help me o .Am done with my online application and i have modified my data but my problem is one of my referees have not accepted the referee notification so i want to know if after locking my data can i still change my referee and when is d deadline for the online application.
