The account name doesn't matter on Fiverr, what matters is you give Payoneer the right details.
I haven't been updating this thread but things have been going well on my account.

It depends on what you are offering. I you doing writing gigs, use English speaking country otherwise, you are good

It won't affect anything. Just create new email and new fiverr account and then add gigs to the account

You should not expect to make sale once. There are millions of gigs and yours will be a new one. Just create multiple gigs and don't rely on one gig also be patient. If you thing the account is not performing, create a new account using the exact process you used

I don't remember saying you need an iPhone or you must offer iPhone gigs. Go back and read the thread carefully from the beginning someone asked similar question and I answered

It means the account has been banned. Just create a new one and make sure you clear your browser history and cookies

Permit me to ask this question, after registering and authenticating your fiverr account with U.S.A. IP, can you access the same fiverr account with another IP for instance, Nigerian IP for subsequent transactions or is only meant to be accessed with the U.S.A. IP?

Nice job! If you can offer more than one review (if you are doing reviews), make sure you let your buyers know so that you can get even more sales. Tell them you have more than one account (on where you posted the reviews) and you can post more reviews. Also tell me them if they order bulk, you will give them a discount. That is what I do most of the time

Nigeria has a very bad reputation online. I have created 2 accounts with Nigerian IP and never got a sale. Using US IP gives more possibilities of getting sales.

No it's not. I only shared it once and followers are not even related to the niche plus I started getting order days after.

I have other accounts I never shared on Twitter and it's still making money.

If I Load Fiver Page Through Them And Put In My Email To Register And Then Click Continue, It Will Just Be There With A Loading / Connecting Sign..
