I did exactly wat u said but it blocked my proxy connection. I couldnt connect to the internet. well, Although i use simple server and it has its own default proxy. And anytim i click on enable zenmate. Its automatically create its own proxy and i dnt have access to the internet. Wat are the necessary setting i nid to do.

It doesn't have to be Zenmate alone, You can try Anonymox too. I'm not sure if simple server works with zenmate and co though.

I have $95.25 in my Payoneer account, I want to withdraw the Naira equivalent from the ATM

The highest I have used is N192 per $1 at Eco Bank, Skye Bank and Stanbic. You should subtract $3.15 from $95.25 which is the ATM fee.
So $95.25 - $3.15 = $92.10 * N192 = N17,683. You can withdraw 17k max
