For those wondering about the appointment issue, I was at VFS today and I overheard the lady saying because of the crowd of people trying to apply for Job Seeker, they intentionally limited the amount of available slots so only the few fastest people can get them.

Yep, it’s so limited but at least I know up to 15 people staying glue to their screen and don’t even leave their phones for 2mins. They are technically telling us we can’t see slot book, only those that get long leg fit. It’s human handling their website remember!!!

Honestly the time varies. But when I got mine last month it opened up at exactly 4pm. Some say it opens early hours of the morning. My advise is to just keep checking at periodic intervals all through that day for the availability

That 4 your said they opened it, I was on their website and it wasn’t loading then, I was able to login again around 4:25pm…. Baba give us the link, abeg link me up…

Please those who chose wrong category last appointment date and was asked to cancel their appointments, how did you go about the cancellation of the appointment and how did you got your refund

There is refund policy on Thier website, you go there you find the form to fill there and submit, that's the cancellation..

They will still ask you for cancellation letter after you claimed the refund

That’s what I dragged with the online representative because she mentioned that the jobseeker visa is very limited and I instantly told her definitely they are biased and selling the slot offline. They are just fooling us online and created many categories to confuse the masses that wanna book jobseekers

From the image you posted before, your category is jobseeker but the subcategory isn’t jobseeker. Are you safe from what they told you?

. All jobseeker appointments is now invalid and they are working on refund, only if you have jobseeker category on title appointment letter

What’s yours?… they claimed jobseeker must appear on your appointment form under category, if not then ask for a refund. I believe Nigerians don Dey drag vfs global already… as they are the one selling out the slots infringing their website so people will get confused and select wrong options

Both temporary and long stay

Good morning everyone, I called VFS global yesterday to make enquiries on the appointment and I was told that if the category on your appointment letter is not jobseeker, you should ask for refund. that is, if your appointment letter is caring temporary visa or longterm visa, you have to cancel the appointment and ask for refund.
They said there was a glitch on their website. Please call the number on your appointment letter to make more enquiries and please share us the information here please

And my friend is , long term as well, but Lagos . . Since it doesn't show job seeker on the appointment slip . I will also print the category where it shows long stay : job seeker, to show of them the reason why I choose that category. Making them to understand that it is job seeker that I'm applying, not any other visa

. I will do the same too because I choose temporary visa instead of long stay And when is your appointment date

They open appointment once a month, the June appointment is gone now and we have to wait till next month…. I can help with the booking but I am not an agent oo, I can only help with appointment booking, I dint know about the visa stage

It’s matter of timing and luck no one can predict the time they open the appointment

The February was opened in around 2am, the last appointment was opened around 9am and this was opened around 4pm

Please who has gotten the visa already that can guild me through the process and proper documentations
