Na wa o. Approximately 1.7m up to roofing. This is the same amount some people would have used for only foundation. Then, the 42k, is it for the digging and setting up of the foundation?

Cost of raising building to level

Cost of lintel level
8 bags of cement @ 2400 19200

We used remaining gravel used in foundation stage
Extra 300 blocks for 3 coaches after lintel @ 130 each 39,000
Total cost at this stage 158,200


So total cost till level 169000 +507,200 +158,200 is
834,400 naira

Cost of roofing

Wood work and labour 335400

Total spent on aluminum roofing
0.45 mm long span and accessories

502200 naira only.
Length of kingpost 18 feet

Main roof total sqm is 295.
Cladding....31.55 sqm

Accessories 57 m

Total spent at roofing stage 502200 + 335400 = 837600

So from foundation to roofing excluding land ,survey, town planning, Ono onile, transportation , feeding and small expenses is 1,672,000 naira , that is roughly 1.6million naira

Congratulations on this achievement @ this stage I think it is better to share the amount you have spent so far and encourage those who have small amount but being discouraged by contractor who quote outrageous price for them
