yarimo:Las las na propaganda go finish u, which jubilation all over Delta? With Reno as a Nigerian ambassador, with all his past insults on Tinubu that are littered all social media, how do u expect the international communities so see Nigeria. Of cause as a disgraced country. |
helinues:The truth is always bitter but I'll surely force it down your throat. And you think you've ever sounded normal? |
helinues:I thought after sentencing Kanu to state penitentiary insecurity will automatically stop. Are u aware schools in Abuja has been shut down by Wike due to insecurity. Are u also aware bandits k!lled a serving Nigerian General just like Christmas chicken yet nobody talked about it. A whole army General o, Shame. Anyway let's focus our attention more on Nnamdi Kanu whilst the country burn. |

Section 40 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended), under Chapter IV on Fundamental Rights, permits citizens to protest anywhere in the country. It states: "Every person shall be entitled to assemble freely and associate with other persons, and in particular he may form or belong to any political party, trade union or any other association for the protection of his interests." This right covers peaceful protests, rallies, and demonstrations as a form of collective expression, without needing prior police permits, as affirmed by Nigerian courts like in All Nigeria Peoples Party v. Inspector-General of Police (2007). While Section 39 protects freedom of expression, Section 40 specifically addresses assembly. Note that this applies only to peaceful activities; violence or disruption may be restricted under other laws, such as the Public Order Act, but the Constitution takes precedence.

Imagine if you are the CEO of a company. Can you employ someone as old and haggard as Tinubu to manage your firm? Tribalism brought us here. |
RollinTNDA:Don't tell me u do cross express roads with this brain. Illit...eracy dey get level sha This one na agbado motorpark chairman😂😂😂 |
Lanretoye:Injustice to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is an Injustice on all Igbos. You can't pardon B@ndits that are till date savaging the country, recruit t€rrorist back into the army, give presidential pardon to drvg dealers and conv!!!cted mvrderers and still detain MNK for years. If not nepotism or cronyism I wonder what else to call it. |
Benzigler:Leave those laptop boiz. They have littered NL with hundreds of threads regarding MNK. PO is on hold for now they will soon start with him. |
NgeneUkwenu:You go wail tire, Igbos love MNK dearly, the govt can hold him down but they can't take away the love. MNK's street credibility is more powerful than any Nigerian you can think of. |
zero8zero:Screenshot from my chatGPT
|
zero8zero:What is there to criticize in Obi when the EFCC, ICPC, DSS and other agencies has never for once invited Obi. We are only standing out for Obi as our principal just same way you'll stand for Tinubu |

1. The prosecutor has linked Nnamdi Kanu as a mastermind of the End-Sars protest. While the report of End-Sars protest Judicial Panel of Inquire never linked Nnamdi Kanu to the protest. Sanwo-Olu is listed to come and testify to the End-Sars report, given that the panel was constituted by the Lagos State Ministry of Justice. 2. On the part of Danjuma, Kanu is also accussed of setting up a security formation (ESN) without legal backing. Danjuma was a top security personnel in one of the government security agencies. Due to the persistent kills across Nigeria, he has once asked communities to defend themselves against insecurity. That government alone cannot do all. In his video he didn't mention whether communities need any form of approval from government to have a formation to defend themselves against insecurity. This must have been one of the bases that made Nnamdi Kanu to mobilize community members to form ESN inorder to defend their communities against insecurity. Hence, Danjuma need to appear in court to affirm his directives as evidenced in a video published by known media. 3. Malami's part is very sensitive as it boarders on how Nnamdi Kanu was repatriated from Kenya to Nigeria. Which the process is against the international treaty Nigeria signed. Malami served as the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation under Buhari. 4. They said he jumped bail, Burutai will explain to the court why he ordered the army to attack him MNK in his house leading to the death of over 25 persons, which lead MNK to flee and run for his life. 5. Wike will explain the obigbo massacre. I think the list is cool to make a good defence. But the question is, are these people willing to present themselves to the court. In Nigerian justice system If someone refuses to appear in court after being subpoenaed, they can face serious consequences, including¹ ² ³: - *Contempt of Court*: The court can hold them in contempt, which may result in fines, imprisonment, or other sanctions. - *Arrest Warrant*: The court can issue a warrant for their arrest to secure their attendance. - *Prevention from Giving Evidence*: They may be prevented from giving evidence in the case. - *Adverse Findings*: The court may make adverse findings against them. The consequences are quite severe, so it's essential to comply with a subpoena or seek legal advice if there are concerns about appearing in court.? |
zoedew:It takes a courageous and fearless man to do that. A man with iron balls, a man your govt can never bend. He who holds a persons on the ground is also holding himself. Since Nnamdi Kanu's incarceration how has Nigeria improved? both in security and economic wise. |
Make APC set canopy for rally then share 2k each you go still see same people shouting on empty stomach 'On your mandate we shall stand' |
