The foreign guys that registered at the café I did mine scanned all their documents. You need to go to a cafe, they know what to do. The guys did not go through any stress except the time the site was congested.

When I was choosing those states, only Northern States showed in the first choice section, so I had to choose a northern state as my first choice.

Kwara
Enugu
Oyo
Kaduna in that order.
