I had issues as well paying with visa card. So I chose the internet banking option. Then used GTB internet banking platform to pay.

Nawa oooh. Still the option for payment is not clickable. I don give up for today. Untill I hear many goodnews.

When I was choosing those states, only Northern States showed in the first choice section, so I had to choose a northern state as my first choice.
