Now you might be wandering, what's the use of this Post. Which brings us to:


How do I apply the knowledge in this post in my daily life?

1) I don't save money long term... neither do I engage in any long term Ajo contribution (6 months - 1 year)

I have a bank account...the bank calls it a savings account but that doesn't mean I have to use MY ACCOUNT TO SAVE MONEY

Whenever I have a project to do, little or big, I'd rather spend on the go THAN SAVE AND COMPLETE IT ONCE (that means if I plan to build a house and I need 100 hydraform blocks, but the money in my pocket is enough for just 50 hydraform blocks... Then I'd buy the 50 I can buy now and add the remaining 50 later...

Price of goods in the market is increasing Daily so it'll benefit me if I get a cheaper price than when inflation happens and the price doubles)

2) I'd prefer my pension funds is invested in a business or investment THAT BRING ME RETURNS that beats inflation or HEDGE AGAINST INFLATION

And there's a big difference between hedging against inflation and beating inflation.
