You can get one from a seller here who goes by Macbeyland. You can only get it on Jumia during their deal which is often brief and unpredictable. It sells for 76k here. You can continue with him for further information about the phone if you are really interested. And yes, he is highly reliable and trusted.

does Dolby Atmos contribute to audio output using a wired earpiece? I remember days ago when you talked about Dolby Atmos appearing as a sound effect after the update of 12.5.1 on Redmi note 10 pro. Does this mean that this is the only time it has a direct effect on external audio devices like earpiece, bluetooth speakers, etc?

A seller currently sells on Nairaland and he is super trusted. He sells #76000 though and it comes with the advantage that you can pick the color option you want unlike the Jumia deal that restrict you to the color they have available. The deal dropped by past 4 and it lasted for just 3 minutes max.

The small screen alone is a big turn off
The battery is shit
The phone performance is nothing awesome currently

The only pro is that it has better camera on average than many android phones in same price range and also better videos. Finally the Eco system which is subjective.

For your budget, wait for the Redmi note 10 deal on Jumia or order and use pay on delivery option if you are in Lagos. Other alternatives are M3, Note 9, and 9t. These are better than any alternatives. If you are okay with second hand deals, then there are presently a lot on the Xiaomi thread store and even the technology market and phone thread.

It launched yesterday and 2 days ago. To be aware of it, try keeping the Xiaomi Thread and Xiaomi Thread Store for Jumia deals. Yes they deliver correctly. I am presently waiting too. It is on a first come first serve basis.

Your best bet is to wait for deals on Jumia for redmi note 10 4/64. Recently Jumia has shown 2 deals of which one was #72000 and another #75000. Presently our budget is similar and I am holding out for one of these deals. Very soon, it will drop.

Turning off MIUI optimization disabled the aggressive killing of background apps and enabled the AOD to stay always on instead of the default ten seconds on RN10PRO. The colours on icons signifying apps with notifications returned to default android icons and I had to regrant all the permissions I granted previously to every application. I have not noticed any performance improvement or decrease, nor any bug with any application. I think I'll just stick with this.

I thought switching MIUI optimization off is bad.
