Zoro is strong, no doubt, but putting him in the same rank as Luffy is a big underestimation of how OP Luffy is. Luffy personality is his biggest flaw and this is why I understand why you feel that Zoro stands equal to him.

These times Luffy was close to death were because he often fought a disadvantageous battle. Let us start with Crocodile. Luffy fought Crocodile that was more OP than him and he won despite being close to death and left for dead. The second is the dude that could resurrect the dead, the Dressrosa arc, cake island.

All the times he was beaten to a point he was close to death, he always went against the most OP antagonist as they mentioned about his animal instinct. Others helping ease his battle is normal as a plot context, and even at that, he does at least 90% of the heavy work.

Zoro looks so badass while luffy always look like an idiot most times and we tend to overestimate zoro, he has never been on par with luffy at any point in the series.

Close ur eyes and imagine a king Kong gun punch on zoro's face imbued with conquerors haki, that's a one hit KO and zoro can't defend that

Luffy is faster, tankier and has more destructive power than zoro, Zoro greatest feat was destroying a golemn pika while luffy haki is so powerful it could reach the sky and split the cloud.
Zoro is only a bit stronger than sanji while luffy is on a whole different level, forget the badassness of Zoro, he was never near luffy at any point.
Current zoro is having a hard time against king and luffy was already stronger than king before zou arc started

Zoro has always been on par with Luffy throughout the show. Seeing as Luffy defeated Arlong and there's no evidence to suggest Arlong was immune to blades, a healthy Zoro would've bodied him.

This is not true na. Luffy has constantly been ahead, and currently, he can body Zoro and Sanji together.

Star Wars: Visions.

It's complete but it's an anthology series with different studios working on various episodes. So a different story, art style and animation with each episode.

It is similar to 'What If' then?

Kamikaze Douga really made a Kurosawa samurai flick with 3DCG. Man really blended greyscale and colours to create some beautiful visuals. Awesome kickoff to this anthology series. Will take my time to savor the rest of the offerings from the other studios.

I also got accepted for this year's (2021) program. I've been trying to find out how much the remuneration will be after the 6months training but to no avail. I don't want to quit my present job without knowing how much.

oboy heyyyy....the dragging of feet is epic! Brother, abeg first start with soul land s01...then move to Battle thru the heaven s01 to s04....kindly postpone soul land s02 for now: the way i see it..it's only good for binge-watching!

Mo Dao Zu Shi is another solid one...currently on s03...and it has live-action seies (50eps)..just like SoulLand (40eps)


Also try Scissor Seven...but the EngDubbed is way funnier than the EngSubbed. Very suprised..such excellent comedy from a 'simple' animation!
