F117A: I doubt that is what you call 'brain drain'.You don't know that the nigerian education system is in a titanic ship state , but people feel relaxed when they look out the window and see other sail boats tilting.. Very soon you will understand the grim reality of what am talking about.. I have passed through jamb and although I made mine.. Ill say its crap! A good society is suppose to create an environment that molds the people and bring out their that creativeness in them, they will be good in one field or the other.. But from your post and one of the other guys here I can see the ones in ghana are the back benchers.. Th olodos.. The waste products. .. I guess the jamb is the sieve .. The wheat makes it in and the chaff thrown out to ghana, benin rep, uk , ukrain, malayasia etc.. Hahaha .. I laugh when blacks see one of their own in the likes of hollywood and on tv..and shout !! He is from nigeria!!! He is from ghana!!! I know his village!!! Btw .. The truth as to why the nigerian government is trying to take such measures is to lure nigerians heading to ghana to school..its an indirect threat.. So if they like they should go on! |
reedonne: If only we can harness our population as resources, we wont need anybody's help to build our power stations talkless of importing one. That wasthe spirit of nkrumah! |
mrham03: we dont plan to build too many factories, we just want to export power to those countries including your beloved nigeria. Since naija has big plans for the future: factories, more houses, more schools, hospitals, u will need more power which ghana is going to export to u. U myt want to consider ur plan not to produce a football team coz a higher population is needed to achieve naija's future plans.no we plan to do that .. Its key to industrialization , but like I read.. Ghana is following partly tiawans economic model.. Which is to invest more in the brainsof the people.. And that's more sustainable than any resource. The hope city is one of the ventures to spear that amongst others.. We need to be an innovation based economy. And the sky will just be the starting point. |
londoner: Brother, have you forgotten so soon, the billions Ghana will make from the sale of electricity to Nigeria, Ivory Coast and "others".... ? Lol.For me the population is okay.. So far it increases.. The demand to will increase.. And I got a product that I will bring.. Nigerian authorities can't refuse lol.. Ill be RICH!!!! Hahaha |
londoner: You're right. I have not visited Nigeria's best. However, the trend of Nigerians going to study in Ghana is a reality. So are the vices in Nigerian universities. You see a major sickness that kills a lot of black people is living in self denial. will they leave if the educational system was better.. A billion dollars revenue to ghana economy is no joke to the nigerian economy..its shows a high level of brain drain and no confidence in the nigerian educational system..what's then the fate of the future work force.. Instead of acknowledging the fact and solving issues.. He is happy with the tag “I better pass my neighbor” btw ..for any nigerian that wants to school in ghana I say akwaaba.. Bring money come oooo!!! |
Vessi: Ghana wey Nigerian students dey study for one single block. Na em dem dey tell me here say they go to Ghana to have quality tertiary education.Do I help u post the list of unaccredited schools in nigeria..cos it seems you have poke nosed so much into the ghanaian educational system that you don't know how many bungalows are used for tertiary institutions in nigeria |
Vessi: Yes you visited some of their universities, did you visit all? You might have visited some of their best universities, have you visited some of Nigeria's best universities.Oga you get wahala and you argue blindly. She has proved valid points but you are still stiffed necked.. she visited some so I guess she no sabi reach you.. Cos you visited them from the comfort of your home. Thanks be to distant learning well done |
londoner: Lol......you got jokes my brother. I'll give you that. You love to stir the pot, don't you? Naughty, naughty.Lol he sure did.. But he is cool.. I don't see the chief trouble makers in here yet lol |
Vessi: Check the records, almost if not every candidate who used expo to write recent JAMB exams failed or had his/her result withheld for exam malpractise.Sincerely am surprised as to how far you can go to dis prove your fellow Nigerians in ghana just to show how “low” ghana is.. Well Thanks for making it clear that they are not the real nigerians,.. The parents that thought they want the best for their children, the parents that are scared of their children being influenced by the level of moral decay in universities, the parents that know that their children deserve a better learning environment ,the child that is tired of being in nigeria and would want more exposure ,the same people that want to make it in life to come back and contribute to the workforce of nigeria, the lecturer that has been in the nigerian educational system and knows it like the back of his hands but still insist his child go to ghana, the politician that feels with the money he has, instead of him buying the “prestigious Jamb exam” for his child he rather send him or her to “relegated” ghana. All this people are not true nigerians.. Its clear now.. You see Its people like you that sell Africa or even dash out for free.. Cos of your hate for a fellow black people, its better they go abroad than go to any african country.. If it not your country.. Then no one.. Empty pride and ego. You have total disregard for black people. And don't appreciate what ever comes out of a black man.. And you are ever ready to suppress him at all cost ..pull him down syndrome has become your anthem. The south africa that you called .when you are done with ghanaians here you will go and say the same thing when talking against south africans.. You are deceiving yourself.. And living in self denial. Mind you, you are talking with someone that has passed through the jamb system.. I feel so sorry for u |
chinasaekpere: oga shut up, ghana cannot light up nigeria with just 2100MW installed power capacity. Nigeria's electricity requirement is far ahead of that of ghana. Your president is a dummy.Whats the use of you getting a formal education when in the long run you can't still make sense .. Did the president state when they will start the supply?? Did he state the means?? Did he also state that its from the 2100MW?? This are the things you are supposed to have looked at before you come up here to make a fo.ol of yourself. Do you have any idea, the amount of power projects on going in the country and the MW they will make up for.. To see if that will be achieved..the president and the wonderful people of ghana as a whole don't care about your stupid opinion and reservations. Cos even in the midst of no bodies like your type.. You arre too low to be picked to make a contribution |
Vessi: Is it not the same ghanaian schools nigerians who failed jamb ran to? Or the one where the nigerians study in, lack adequate basic infrastructure?Guy just hear yourself! from your post I will take it that the nigerians that go to ghanaian schools are dull cos that's what u mean here ,cos they could not pass jamb.. The rubbish jamb that you and I know that is supposed to be scrapped .. That is a money making venture is the one you are now bringing up to score some cheap points.. The same jamb that people go to runz center to pass now makes them better than their nigerian counterparts in ghana that seek a legit admission with the works of their hand . How good of you. Just look how far you can go to discredit your people.. You don't have sense. |
chinasaekpere: what point? Nigerian president has a very low IQ for spewing gibberish without in-depth understanding, Nigerians are dummies. |
benega: click dis link ; dailyindependentnig.com/2012/10/nigeria-to-export-more-electricity-to-benin-togo-ghana-others/ hope it clears ur doubtsOga I have gone through your link .. And I can see you know little and have little understanding of the link you posted. The West African Power Pool (WAPP) is a cooperation of the national electricity companies in Western Africa under the auspecies of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). The members of WAPP are working for establishing a reliable power grid for the region and a common market for electricity “He maintained that Nigeria was not supplying power to nations that were better of in term of electricity usage, stressing that “it is a little bit impossible that we can be giving out much more than we need. The issue of giving power to our West African sub-region is part of what we look at as integration. It is because market has not really grown to a mature state, ” “When a particular country needs more and they have more than required at that particular time in another country they send to that end. So it is two ended thing that you can pass power on both sides. This is the ultimate aim of the West African Power Pool, I doubt you understand the passage clearly. @ the moment nigeria only supplies ghana gas to power its thermal power station.. |
Vessi: Stop giving excuses for your failure Mr.Actually am letting u know how stupid you are .yet you mistake it for being smart!... Because am a ghanaian does it mean I schooled in Ghana .. U talk like u have been living in a village all your life.. There are great people from both educational system. And I am one of them and proud to have passed through such.. But if you feel that uu can come and discredit the ghanaian system..when you don't even know a thing..u are joking. |
londoner: Well, there has to be an agreement to be supplied by Ghana. As I see it, Nigeria is in the process of actually becoming self sufficient in electrical supply. This is what I expect some of your compatriots to say instead of talking bs.. Of course so far as development is concerned in africa no one is carrying last.. Its the same case as nigeria supplying gas to ghana.. Because nigeria supplies ghana gas does not mean that ghana is not making efforts to utilize her own gas and become self sufficient.. So of course the president knows that very well .but till then.. If he believes they can meet up the target due to their forecast, then there is no problem..if nigeria says they won't buy , there are other countries.. Its that simple ,, this thread just exposes how immature and foolish some black people can be..seriously! |
Vessi: SMH. Your case is worse than I thought.Lol! Well am of a failed educational system I agree! the blame should come on your country nigeria where I schooled. Think before you talk! Oh I almost forgot You dont have brains |
Vessi: Yeah because some have eyes but can not see.Yeah! Am immune to seeing bs |
reedonne: Nigeria may not be exporting electricity to ghana, but I dont believe that ghana can export electricity to Nigeria in few years because ghana does not produce enough to take care of its domestic needs.I will reply your post fullly. when benega can tell me how many megawatts nigeria exports to ghana |
chinasaekpere: With the comment I read from ghanaians on this forum, its hard for me not to believe that ghanaians are intellectually dead with very low intelligence quotient. If you understand the grim reality about IQ . You will shut up,cos from your posts you have displayed a low level of iq too.. Even as you and Nobleval have a disagreement on the same topic. He has been able to bring forth his point. Clean and without any rash word. You don't need to insult or sound persuasive when bringing out points . |
benega: Buhahahahahaha joke of the day. They havent finish consuming the power we are exporting to them. And their talking of exporting 2 us.......meanwhile: Nairalander in BBA hot_shots. Let's show him our support. Check my signatureWhich power do u export to ghana and how many mega watts? |
Vessi: Political promises. Those funds he borrowed for power projects would be siphoned as always. Why didn't they export electricity to west africa before now?Am yet to see sense in the point you made |
People. Need to stop catching feelings.. Rain has been falling through the week so its normal |
dinlin: The Indian guy in 9ja has just spoken..Una see the kin english wen hin type? u still won study for hin yeye India? una no go study for UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, western european countries dem even ghana(u go enta plane get to accra frm lagos abi na)..una for enter syria and iraq go study..infact Afganistan go give you citizenship...mcheeeeww!Just look how you disrespected him.. For him trying to make sense and calm nerves down..smh |
FBS: Black people, where? Speak for yourself bro.Have the majority learnt?? If not we will not be here. And what do u men by cause and effect? |
abdulwastecx: Nothing is special about south Africa.SMH.. Your talk does not hold water .. U seriously need to concentrate on the developing nigeria.. Rather than consoling yourself with where south africa is getting it wrong. Abeg |
abdulwastecx: !Well u are right too.. On the japan aspect the evolved positively. From the 18th century to date is enough to evolve a people .. A few african leaders know about this.. They need to study their people.. The modify them to emancipated them and for the vision of the country to come to pass .. By the time that is done.. In the future.. There would have been a behavioral shift.. So far ..we have been sowing the wrong seeds.. So if care is not taken and steps not taken u can imagine the future. |
tracyfemmmm: not really its just that they let greed push them to make stupid decisionsThey are not the only ones that are greedy.. Infact western powers can be greedy than we africans.. If they have intellectual maturity they won't do that.. Let me give you an instance Let's take a look at two men Adolf hitler and Idi amin.. They were very powerful iron fisted men .. They are known to have committed human rights abuses, political repression, ethnic persecution, extra judicial killings, nepotism, corruption and exercised a great level of control. But what was their vision a goal.. Hitler had a vision of making germans the super race and they will rule the world to a thousand years..among other visions ..this molded him to become what he became and achieve such great feat.. On the other hand we have idi amin.. That his vision was to see his people and western leaders bow to him..not economically, or by displaying military powers.. But by bowing at his feet .. fulfill his immature childhood fantasies . Driving, eating and Bleep.ing what ever he liked ..I doubt he had a plan to make ugandans the most powerful black people.. U could see his outcome.. now contrast for yourself.. In the midst of his power and influence he is intellectually inferior to his german counterparts cos he is not a deep thinker ..if he was he will be more disciplined |
sexzskil: a typical Black's way of thinking. lemmeIs it that we rr under a spell?? Good question.. I will try to answer that in my up coming thread. But be proud of being black..although there is nothing tangible to be proud about.. |
PAGAN9JA: Only Traditional Religion can save the fate of Nigeria. If not asap, Nigeria will be destroyed. I want to work on a proper course of action in the coming days. All those with the right mind must come together and brainstorm. Its getting out of hand now.I have had this same view for a long time.. Its the whole africa |
shinechinedu: you wil be amazed how far we've gone brother! And just for the record, the kinda individuals that are pioneering this are the die hard type! Aint no going back. Its a move to revive Nigeria by concerned nigerians.Ill like to be part of such..with a vision for the change to spread across africa.. But first the people that will be spear heading this need too free from the mind cage that has plagued nigerian africans, that think like there is no box.. That are ready to disregard any religion dogma or belief for the sake of nigeria.. There should be a going in and out plan.. Once again u should consider making use of the underweb..so that the plans can go uninterrupted |
fireforfire: u must b a ghanianYeah! I am.. |
