I am in solemn need of the following and should be from those who are willing to sell off at clearance Sales price...

1. Standing fan
- it should be in good working condition
- it could be rechargeable or jus normal (more preferred)
- no faults
- good negotiable price is paramount

2. 12.5kg Gas cylinders
- it should be in good working condition
- it shouldn't be rusted (else it shall be priced far below fixed price)
- it should have good standing, possibly come with a hose and the main head.

3. 200liters one door standing Fridge

- it should be in good working condition
- gassed up
- good price

4. Wardrope
- it should jus be worth the price
- it should also have enough hangar space.
- it should be made of good wood/material.

5. Hotplate (2 burner)
- I don't want the spiral type jus the flat brownish black surfaced one that turns red when on.
- should be in perfect working condition.

6. Generator (btw 2.7 - 3.7 KVA)
- should have a good sound not a grinding machine noisy sound
- should have been in use not more than 4months ago
- fuel consumption should be minimal.
