House on the Rock has announced the 13th edition of its annual gospel concert “The Experience”. It is scheduled to hold on the 7th of December 2018 at the Tafawa Balewa Square Lagos, Nigeria from 7pm.

The Experience started as a thought inspired by God in the mind of the Metropolitan Senior Pastor of all House on The Rock churches, Pastor Paul Adefarasin and is now unarguably the most anticipated gospel music event in Africa among Christians and non-Christians alike. Averaging a yearly attendance of over 500,000 people at the venue, with millions more watching online from all over the globe, it has grown to become the biggest gospel concert in the world.

Aptly themed Jesus, Our Peace, senior pastor and convener of The Experience 13, Paul Adefarasin explained that the inspiration behind the 2018 theme is to highlight who Jesus is, especially in the world we live in today – the Prince of Peace. Speaking further on the strategic theme, Adefarasin emphasized that regardless of the outcome of the forthcoming elections; peace is the ultimate candidate that we should all support, and must be the candidate that wins. “Peace (as I know it) is not the absence of tension but the presence of Justice” he said. The concert according to him will be a continuous reminder that the God of Peace is with us.

As has been the norm since inception, The Experience 2018 will feature a powerful line up of award winning and renowned indigenous and international gospel artistes such as Don Moen, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Timi Dakolo, Travis Greene, Nathaniel Bassey, , Vicki Yohe, Chioma Jesus, Tope Alabi, Eben , Tim Godfrey, Mike Aremu, Glowreeyah, Onos, Eno Michael and Chee. And for the first time at The Experience is JJ Hairston, Planetshakers and ADA

According to the organizers, the concert which is free to all will be hosted with unparalleled professionalism, hospitality, security, excellence, unity and most importantly with a focus to continue to provide a platform where attendants can pray for our nation and worship God together regardless of tribe, denomination, creed or language. Pastor Adefarasin also iterated that whilst everyone is invited to The Experience 2018, it is advised to arrive at the venue early.

In this world almost everyone is working hard to achieve an end, you need something extra to distinguish you. Going through the annals of time and history, people who have done the impossible - stopped the mouth of lions, conquered kingdoms and carried out exploits have been endued with GRACE from God.

Grace is that divine lift that gives you the edge, the advantage and the empowerment to do more than your natural capacity and proficiency can!

This September join Pastor Creflo Dollar, Bishop Mike Okonkwo, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, Pastor Ransom Bello and Conference Host, Paul Adefarasin at The Rock Cathedral, Lekki for the Spirit Life Conference 2018 as they minister and share on the theme "Greater Grace!"
Music ministration will be by Pastor Donnie Mclurkin, Vicki Yohe and the Lagos Metropolitan Gospel Choir (LMGC).

The Conference starts on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - the 5th, 6th and 7th of September 2018 respectively from 5pm - 8pm. Then continues on Saturday 8th September 2018 by 10am and concludes with a Super Celebration Service by 8am on Sunday 9th September 2018.

The 2018 edition of the renowned praise concert - The African Praise Experience (T.A.P.E) will hold on Friday 27th July 2018 from 8pm till dawn. The concert which features wholly indigenous and leading gospel artistes from Africa will hold at the Rock Cathedral home of the organisers and host church - House On The Rock.
Since inception, T.A.P.E. has been an awesome expression of rhythm and sounds of worship with a stellar cast of worship leaders. This year will be no different as leading gospel artistes - Sammie Okposo, Onos, Frank Edwards, Chioma Jesus, Midnight Crew, Ada, Eben, Bukola Bekes, Chioma Jesus and Lagos Metropolitan Gospel Choir (LMGC) will take centre stage.
T.A.P.E. 2018 will however be one with a difference as it also features the FEARLESS Concert. Fearless Concert will have Tim Godfrey, Rox Nation and Travis Greene ministering live in concert.
