They will now tender one remaining LGA for Niger State. That is, certified true copies of Forms EC8As with respect to...

1. Bida

1st Respondent:

They indicate their Objections to the admissibility of the documents and shall advance reasons at the stage of final addresses.
2nd and 3rd Respondents:

They object to the documents and will outline the reasons in their address.

4th Respondent:

They similarly oppose the admissibility of the documents with respect to Bida LGA and will outline their reasons at the address stage.

The Court gave permission and he proceed that... With respect to Rivers State, they have INEC Certified documents of Forms EC8As for 6 LGA.

They object to the admissibility of the documents in question and will articulate the basis of their objections at the address stage.

Counsel of the APM informs the court that they have not been able to obtain a copy of the judgment from the court, which was the reason for the adjournment on Tuesday.

They further applied for an adjournment so that they can obtain the judgment.
