Collinz2:Now that's the problem, cos you don't worry about security doesn't mean others don't.. for Christ's Sake I do.. I do need Privacy that's why it's called 'MY PHONE' Blackberry doesn't cos if they do, the US and BRITAIN wouldn't have adopted blackberry as their main device for communication.. Oh I forgot.. Even Germany.. |
iykrichie:Well Said.. |
Collinz2:You guys judge Security by just apps, where on earth have you heard a blackberry 10 device was hacked? Ignorance at work ![]() |

You call not installing apps from other sources 'Security'.. For God damn sake, Google play alone has got theist malicious apps on earth.. About 60% of apps on GPlay are fake, rip off, malicious or unfinished.. I bet you don't k ow what security is.. BlackBerry devices uses what is called TSL Encryption security Layers.. Allowing users transfer data in an encrypted format.. even if hackers gain access to such data, it's uncompromisable.. Can't you see, even the US president and British Prime Minister both use a BlackBerry phone because of its high security profile.. Google might be mining your data and selling em to security agencies and you called that 'SECURITY'..? Hell no.. I trust blackberry dude.. |
unmask:I presume you dont know the meaning of the word 'Suck' |

Talking about official releases here Blackberry 10.3.1 - http://m.crackberry.com/blackberry-1031 - BlackBerry 10.3.1 marks the third major release of the BlackBerry 10 platform that was initially launched on January 30, 2013. BlackBerry 10 has continued to improve and evolve and OS 10.3.1 is the biggest change thus far. Once downloaded, users will gain access to incredible new enhancements, including BlackBerry Blend, BlackBerry Assistant, battery boosting technology, plus improvements to the BlackBerry Hub, calendar, camera, multimedia and more. This latest version also introduces dual app stores, offering access to hundreds of thousands of apps through the BlackBerry World storefront and the Amazon Appstore. BlackBerry 10 OS 10.3.1 offers a fresh look that incorporates updated icons and an instant action bar so that each user's most commonly accessed functions are in the center of their screen. and more! Android 4.4 or 5.0 - http://m.androidcentral.com/lollipop - Android 5.0 Lollipop comes with yet another interface design tweak, this time coming with the name "Material Design." The design language builds heavily on some of the interface experimentation Google has done with Google Now, leveraging the "card" metaphor throughout the Lollipop interface. Cards of various colors and sizes appear throughout the system, with different colors and shadows providing a feeling of depth in the interface. Apps can respond to touch with different shadows and ripple effects to make the interface feel as though it is being manipulated directly by users, and bold new colors palettes give apps distinctive personalities. Animations are supposed to reflect user interaction, not just happen at random. IOS 8.1 - http://m.imore.com/ios-81 - iOS 8.1, codenamed OkemoTaos, is the first full point release to Apple 2014 mobile operating system. It's being released on October 20, 2014 and, in addition to bug fixes and performance enhancements, will bring support for Apple Pay in the U.S., Continuity features like call and SMS relay, a return of the Camera Roll, iCloud Photo Library, and more! iOS 8.1 ships as standard on the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3, and is a free update for all devices that support iOS 8, including the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and previous models. Continuity features with the Mac require OS X Yosemite. Windows Phone 8.1 - http://m.windowscentral.com/windows-phone-81 - Windows Phone 8.1, codenamed ‘Blue’, is the latest update to the Microsoft Windows Phone operating system. It was announced at Microsoft’s Build 2014 conference in April, with new devices like the Lumia 930 arriving later that month. A Preview for Developers program was also announced at Build, with availability for the general public arriving on April 14th, 2014. It has been estimated that over 1.5 million devices have the 8.1 Preview installed after the first week. All current Windows Phone 8 devices, including the Lumia 520, qualify to receive the update, which is expected to commence on July 15, though it will vary from carrier to carrier and could span 8 weeks or more. Nokia devices are also receiving new firmware specific for Lumia phones called 'Lumia Cyan'. This firmware comes packaged with the official Windows Phone 8.1 over-the-air update. Rules - - You must have used/handle not less than 3 of the OS mentioned for you to post your review - No Negativity and being biased - Whatever OS you use is your choice so don't try to lure others because you use it.. - Mention what makes you like the current operating system you're using and a distinctive feature that make it stand out. * For me (not being biased) I've come to love the Blackberry 10.3.1 Os. I'm an Online Administrator and also a student.. the OS has made me more efficient than any other OS.. I've owned a Z10, Q10, IPhone 5c, Galaxy S4 and currently using the BlackBerry Z30 and Samsung Galaxy KZoom Two Feature I find very distinctive about the BlackBerry 10.3.1 OS is the BlackBerry Hub and the Keyboard.. Blackberry Hub handles all my Text, calls, Social Media App (Including Instagram), Email, Instant Messengers all in one place without notice to open any app.. it's Fast, Efficient and Splendid.. https://s1.postimg.org/xad8c70yn/IMG_20150319_131251.png The Keyboard with it's predictive text is another thing that attracts me to the BlackBerry 10.3.1 OS. You can type with confidence of not typing the wrong spellings.. With swipe gestures you can delete text, input predictions and Special characters on the go.. it's pretty amazing .. https://s1.postimg.org/a3flygja7/IMG_20150319_131558.png Never the less, I didn't say other OS(s) are not good or they ain't attractive or they've not got outstanding features.. But the above mentioned attracted me to the OS more than any other thing.. Here's my general review on this OS(es) Blackberry 10.3.1 - 81/100 Android 5.0 - 85/100 iOS 8.1 - 79/100 WP 8.1 - 65/100 Please Post yours.. Posted from my BlackBerry Z30.. |
BlackBerry’s biggest remaining challenge isn’t with finances (as the company has stabilized and already shows a profit), or direction (the company a roadmap and their company has established divisions), no, its biggest challenge is dealing with the public’s archaic perception of them.
