Its ok LadyG, I guess as much, I wish you success in all your endeavors and God will perfect everything that has to do with the success of the exam. Meanwhile I was in bank today to pay for the application as God will have it I met someone also who was denied in March and came to buy another form, he said he was denied under 214(b), I asked what is that all about and he explained to me. He said he believed that he was denied to the fact that he used his own brother has sponsor. I asked him if his working, he said yes his working in a good company as an Engineer and his earning well, married even has three kids. I was surprised when he told me he was denied, immediately I get cold I wanted to change my mind but I still press further not to loose hope. During our conversation I told him that since he got denied in February and it will be too early for him to reapply, he said it doesn't matter but I told him to hold on that there is a forum we do share ideas and will find out from the guru in the house if is not too early for him, meanwhile we exchanged numbers and I promised to get back to him, I even introduced him to the forum but he said he doesn't really have time because he is a site engineer.

Pls Guru in the house, is it not too early for someone that got denied in March and reapply again based on the fact the he was denied under 214(b).

LadyG but that was quiet harsh, if I have made my decision or know what to do I wouldn't have asked, the person given me suggestion is speaking based on his idea and there is nothing wrong if I should respond back.

Thanks Shinajackie but I heard that Americans doesn't look at that since the person that want to sponsor is capable and the woman in question is doing it just to contribute to my trip and to show love to my brother. But does that really mean the CO could have any doubt.

Since u dey work and u receive income, it is expected of u to be able to finance ur trip, if ur brother's wife wants to sponsor u, let her sponsorship begins when u arrive and not during the visa applications, don't make ur application look like she will be sponsoring you..

My fellow Nairaland, I want to ask a question before I filled a wrong thing on the form. I have a job and married .My wife is also working. I want to visit my brother in the US alone because my wife leave was not approved, I got the necessary document ready. Meanwhile my brother's wife said he want to sponsor my trip that I should make her my sponsor. Please will this not bring a red flag? I need you candid opinion as soon as possible. Thank you.
