It is human nature to take sides in things. Just like say u support Enugu Rangers fanatically when their winning or losing will not affect your life in any way. So it is not just Nigerians, people all over the world are into US presidential election

Though Trump will not favor me, I'm predicting here that he will win, against all odds and polls.

Not always. He's gotten too many things right. But I think sometimes he fudges or just uses common sense, like in this case.

Well, in the American system two states voting "massively" for u is meaningless. Winning a state by one vote is same as winning "massively" because in either case u get all the electoral college votes of the state. Presidents are eleceted based on electoral college votes.
