A lot of people who are preparing to get married will learn a lot from this my true life experience. Don't lose your life partner through spiritual Consultations or for flimsy reasons. Once you miss the person God assigned for you to marry, you will be calling marriage a scam, because it won't just work out.

I have known my wife for 11 years now, we have been married for 8 years , she is one of the best things to happen in my life. And i have never for once regret getting married to her. Even, if i come back to this world again, it is only her i want as a wife.

95% of the time, people who are enjoying their marriage ll not come out to tell you they are enjoying it, but people who chose wrongly or they are the wrong person themselves have loud voice of calling marriage a scam.

After few months we started dating, i am already convinced she ll be my wife. I told my parents about her, they said no, they won't accept her, because she is going to a particular church they don't like and also she is from a particular town they don't like.

I told them that unfortunately i don't discriminate, she is the only one i want. When they saw that i was adamant, they had to succumbed and accepted her as their Daughter-in-law. Since they accepted her till date, they have been saying good things and full of praise to her, because of her good character and being a good wife. They told me later, that they regretted rejecting her initially, that's it's because they were scared before and they didn't want me to choose wrongly.

Early this year, i did a spiritual consultation that I want to check the compatibility of me and my partner(my wife) I just want to confirm how reliable all these spiritualists are . I gave the name of me and my wife. The spiritualist came with negative revelations, he said we should never try it, that there ll be no joy in our marriage (Mr Spiritualist, for 7 years my marriage has been full of honey and joy)

He said we ll gave birth to slowpoke if we marry(I am done with child birth, none of them is an slowpoke) He said poverty ll be our friend( My wife has been a source of blessing and happiness to me since i met her) The spiritualist said a lot of other scary things which I have never for once experienced in my marriage and I ll never experience it by God's grace.

The lesson i want you to learn from this my true life experience is that, imagine if i had done this kind of spiritual consultation before I got married and they came up with all these scary reports and prophecies, that is how i would have missed my missing rib due to false prophecies. Imagine if I had listen to my parents then too, rejecting my wife for flimsy reasons, Maybe I would have been married to several people by now and also join the bandwagon of people who call marriage a scam, simply because they married the wrong person.

So lately I've been in contact with my ex girlfriend who's now supposedly a happy married woman, according to what I was told initially . Tho it on Whatsapp when I got a message from her,but I tried to be careful and mindful while conversing with her.

The funny thing was that it didn't end there, because ever since then,she has been on my neck,from one polite billing to the other. And to be honest,I don't want to and will never have anything to do with her . I'm even Planning to block her number if she wouldn't stop pestering my innocent single and not searching life

Now,the real problem is that,for the past one week,her messages have been popping on my phone like steadily . And which has left me wondering and pondering , are married men not spending quality time with their wives ? 🤔. Is marriage not really enjoyable like those married folks makes us believe, especially on social media? Those of you who are married and happy in your marriages, please come in and give those us who are about to consider getting married in the future some tips on how to make a happy home.

Good Day my people, can the installation of car alarms save a car owner from getting his car burgled/vandalised by all those people who break into a car to steal brain boxes, battery and every other components of value in the car.

I am asking this question because I have heard of brain box thieves victims who have alarms installed on their cars and those thieves break their hind side glass to get access into their car to steal brain box and other car valuables and the alarm didn't make any noise all through.

Please i need some enlightenment on this and how can one also prevent someone's car from all these brain box thieves.

People with anger issues

People with trust issues

People that don't support or uplift their partner

People that look down on their partner

People that their pastor or Rev. are more important than their partner

People that put in more energy in church than in their home

When I got married, I did not have number 2 and 10, i possess all the other qualities on the list. During the marriage, I got number 10, but I don't know when I ll have number 2. As at today, it is only number 2 I am yet to have.

I agree with her 100%, when you are with the right spouse or partner , marriage ll be one of the best things ever to happen to you, be it a Man or a Woman , but when you get it wrong and end up with the wrong spouse or you are the wrong person yourself , your life could be miserable for
the rest of your life. Then you ll start changing spouse from time to time just like the way you change engine oil in a car engine.

Are there people on this thread who are still in loss overall? If we have at all, the percentage should be less than 20%, if you are among the less than 20% that are still in loss, identify yourself so that the over 80% that are already in profit can help with prayers.

It could be very depressing if someone is still in loss or yet to recover his loss at this time of the year.

When I say retirement plan, I don't necessarily mean being a money bag or shit like that but, a careful look into it with a redpill view, you will realize that all their labour and toil ,Wasn't so selfless afterall, but a set up they stand to benefit a great deal from on the long run.
Either through post parental care or the cash you send back home while they can't fend for themselves .

Most parents who fail to invest in their kids, end up in nursing homes without friends nor love one around them.

Now with this knowledge do you think it's advisable for a kid to confront his parents with his new found knowledge, or try to make the best out of the privilege he's been given.

I want to buy my wife her first car. I need a car that can save fuel, have low maintenance and will not be attractive to car snatchers.

Currently I only have two cars on my list which is Toyota camry 1999 model and Nissan Micra. I am also currently open to other suggestions of cars that can meet the above specifications.

Kindly advise me on which car I should get for her, I prefer to buy her a Tokunbo and not Nigerian used, I ll also appreciate it if you let me know the current Tokunbo price of the car you recommend for me. Thanks.

Investment in rental properties issues started last quarter of 2023 and not 10 years ago.And as bad as it is, it won't take 30 years to break even,except you are not on ground to supervise.
Without considering periodic rental increament,multiply the value of the first year rental by 15-16 years, you have recoup the investment cost

Look at the price of all the components used in building a house in the year 2015 and their price today, have you been able to increase your house with the same percentage within the 10 years period?
Has the land you bought for resale 10 years, does their current value today shows the current inflationary trend?

If you buy a land for 1m in 2015 and you sell today for 1.5m, you haven't made profit, because 1m of 2015, is like 10m of today, prior to 2015, real estate investment is a go to investment to protect funds and hedge against inflation, but as @ today, that ain't the situation.

A land was advertised for 1m per plot in a particular location in 2001, they didn't get much buyers, we are currently in 2025,the same land is now being advertised for 800k per plot, with buy 2 get 1 free. Land is supposed to be adding value not diminishing in value, so real estate business ain't it @ this time, there are more sellers than buyers and price is falling.

My write is not talking against building house for your residential needs, it is talking about real estate investment with the purpose of earning profit.

In a country where everybody is selling their properties to Japa, you want to buy that property and become a bag holder? I pity you. When their is excess supply in any market, value and price drops, because supply will exceed demand, there ll be more sellers than buyers and price ll keep on dropping.

Since 10 years ago, real estate is no longer the hot cake in Nigeria as it used to be, Real Estate use to be an investment to hedge against inflation some years back, but it's no longer the case today, some people who bought property within the last 10 years are now regretting it now, bacause they are disappointed on the return on their investment, they seriously wish they could turn back the hands of time.

Prices of real estate investment is crashing on adaily bases, landed properties are now being hawked like Gala inside traffic, you ll hear, "buy two plots get three plots for free" they just want to dispose that worthless investment by all means possible , don't be the victim of their worthless investment by buying into it.

Any investment that can not be used to hedge against inflation will turn you into a pauper last last.
The worst hit are those people who invested in property rental. Inflation at 800%, but your rental property only added 50% in rent increment within the period , you were even prostrating to your tenants before they agreed to the increment. Ask yourself, is that an investment? if it is an investment, it is a retrogressive one.

These days people are selling their properties for cheap, because they are frustrated, they are selling it cheaper than their purchase price, some people who thought they have made profit in their head only make fractional gains which in reality doesn't conform with inflationary trends. Those who invested in rental property now need 30 years and above to break even, let alone making profit, something that before, it's between 5 to 15 years max to break even.

Before you invest your hard earned into real estate, please think twice, real estate in Nigeria is no longer that beautiful bride we use to know , only invest money you can afford to play games with in to real estate, this trend will continue until when there is an economic turnaround in Nigeria and we don't know when that would be, don't gamble with your money by investing in real estate, look for another business to do.

Before you argue with my write up, take a look @ the last 10 years and check if your return on investment on your real estate investment is at par or above the inflationary trends in Nigeria. If there is any exemption at all in some parts of Nigeria, those places are only 0.001% of the whole of Nigeria, so this write up is still very much valid, based on the General abysmal situation of real estate investment in Nigeria.

In the early days,my phones use to be from infinix and Gionee, because they are cheap and I don't wish to spend too much on a phone, I always think it is a waste of money buying an expensive phone.

I have never use itel and techno, because of people's perception about their products. Since 6 years now, I have only been using xiaomi phones and I really like them, compared to infinix and Gionee phones. My last xiaomi phone until ending of last month was redmi note 12.

Since the middle of last year, Internet has been very slow and frustrating on the redmi note 12 and every other low budget phones in my vicinity, especially on glo network which has been my data subscription line, Mtn is still fast. My speed on glo on my redmi note 12 from that time till now is Maximum of 10Mbps and on Mtn 30 - 45Mbps.

Ending of last month, I decided to buy the redmi note 14 pro+ 5G because of the frustrating Internet problem I am experiencing on glo, because I can't even enjoy the huge data subscription I did on glo line. My expenditure on redmi note 14 pro plus 5g is the highest amount of money I ll be spending on a phone ever.

I was considering the poco X7 pro and xiaomi 14T that are far cheaper and have better spec than redmi note 14 pro plus 5g, but my mind was telling me to go for the redmi note 14 pro plus 5g, if the same manufacturer price the phone with Lower spec on paper higher than the one with higher spec on paper, they know what they are doing.

Because I keep on wondering, why is redmi note 14 pro plus more expensive than the two other phones with better spec.

Attached is the screenshot of my Internet speed on the redmi note 14 pro plus 5g. When I use the hotspot of the note 14 pro plus 5g on the note 12, the Internet speed of the note 12 via WiFi is @ maximum of 100Mbps. That's when I know that truly, truly, oyinbo knows wetin them dey sell cheap.

There was a time I bought a cheap Samsung M30, you can't believe that @ the time, the Internet speed on the Samsung M30 is slower than my redmi note 12, I mean the almighty Samsung.

In a nutshell, Oyinbo knows wetin dem dey sell cheap. If you are experiencing slow Internet speed, your phone might be the problem.

1. It must be a 5g phone.

2. It must be a dual sim phone

3. It must have a dedicated memory card slot (that is,it must be able to work with two sim cards and a memory card at the same time)

4. The battery capacity must be a minimum of 5000mah

5. The chipset/soc should be snapdragon, i don't want Mediatek

6. The screen should be Amoled and not Lcd

I have been searching and I am yet to see brand new phones that meets all this 6 criterias except for used phones.

Please my good people, which brand new phone do you know, that you can recommend for me that have all this 6 qualities, it is very urgent.
