I don't even know what to say. Have you tried calling the HR rep recently?
Yes, I have...same thing I was told. That I will surely get a feedback from them. I have decided to move on; working and hoping for the very best in life. There are so many doors that leads to greatness which God has in stock for us. God will compensate us in a big way. Amen.

Thanks for your concern. I sincerely wish you the very best. Cheers.
God bless you.

Has saro africa reached out to anyone for the final interview after the third level interview with two Directors? The silence is deafening and demoralizing. It's been more than a month
I don't even know what to say. I've had a chat with the Group MD (which I presume to be the final interview - 4th interview) since September 30, 2022 for experienced job placement but up until now I haven't bn contacted. I tried to reach out to the HR but was told I would be contacted.

Maybe I will have to move on and focus on other things but it won't be fair on me to have scaled through to the final stage of interview with the company's Group MD without any feedback.

I have always keep my phone available as well as check my email (even spam mails) daily.

Maybe I will have to move on... It is well.

God will give us the very best...

All the best.

I believe that they will contact you.

Those of us that applied for GT position are awaiting feedback from them after doing the third level interview.
Many thanks. Really appreciate your response. I'm hopeful and optimistic.
God will give us the very best.
I will definitely keep everyone posted as soon as there is an update from Saro Africa.

Cheers..

Alright. Just ensure your phone is always switched on because they can call anytime.
I have had a chat with the MD on September 30, 2022 and haven't heard from them since then. Mine is for experienced job placement. I contacted the HR but no reply from them yet and when I called she said they will get back to me.
Should I still hold on or I move on? I don't know if they have started calling for medicals.

Just anxious and a bit worried.

Did anyone get a mail today?

If no, then let's hope for next week cos this week has ended. But mails can still drop sha, who knows?

This particular recruitment is somehow sha cos from the previous recruitment, someone did third level interview on a given date and was called two days later for final interview.

So I really do not know what to say. I'm just here thinking, did they move on without me? Will I get a mail? Have they contacted other people? Should I move on?

Can't even lie, I'm tired.

But I'm still praying and believing in God for a positive outcome.

If you have someone working there, please ask for us.

Thank you
I'm sure God will give you the very best. Dont give up. Let's just be +ve.
I'm trusting in God. I haven't been contacted after the chat with the MD (for experience placement not Graduate Trainee program).

Hopefully they will get back to us soon.

All the best.

Hello Ibitope and good morning. Looking at your dates, your four interviews were done in 2 weeks. Wawu! That's a record.

I believe since you've done the chat with the MD, the next stage is medicals. And from what I read here, it takes a while before people are called for medicals. So yea, don't lose hope. Still hold on. They'll get back to you, I believe.

Keep on putting your trust in God. It will end in praise.

Congratulations in advance! And just so you know, I'm the first to congratulate you wink

Good luck.
Many thanks for your best wishes and info.
I'm so graceful. Also I'm trusting in God and not giving up. God bless you.
I will surely give you feedback on how it turns out.

Cheers!

Good evening folks, good to be here. Concerning the Saro Africa recruitment. I recently had four (4) virtual interviews with Saro Africa; IT Experienced role and not GT this time.

The first was a group Teams interview with the HR, two of the board of directors and a guy (external consultant) who interviewed me based on my professional qualifications on September 16, 2022.

The second interview was a one-on-one Zoom chat with one of the Executive Directors (A woman) on September 22, 2022.

The third interview was also a one-on-one Teams chat with another Executive Director (A man) on September 27, 2022.

The fourth interview was also a one-on-one Teams chat with the General Managing Director on September 30, 2022.

The 2nd to 4th chat was based on knowing my availability for the job, asked if I was married, asked if I live in the provisional accommodation at my current place of work, e.t.c.

Up until now I haven't heard from them.
I contacted the hr twice but told me that I should be patient as there would be feedback. Last week Friday made it 3 weeks after I had the fourth interview but no update since then.

I am being careful of frequent contacts in order not to see me as a desperate candidate.

My question is should I just move on or still hold on? Or do you think there is still hope?

I'm only just anxious having gone this far in the interview sessions but I believe God knows best and am still trusting in Him.

Thanks folks and God bless you all.
