considering the nature of our hair as Africans its difficult 4 us 2 just go on our natural hair witout applying relaxers or fixing weaves,as for d health risk stuff,almost every thing has its own health risk e.g your cellphone,perfumes,deodorant etc but that has not stopped people from using them.so i wonder why u are so particular about perms. |
