Good evening.. pls I want you guys to help me.. I'm really into a big mess...
I started tram last year and I started on a very high grade of about 1000mg every day.. a thousand mg every day all through last year..but this year I noticed my body system as adapt so bad to it that if I don't take it i wouldn't be able to think straight or even sleep at night.. but at some point I started reducing it myself to 200 morning 200 night......yesterday I determine to stop it and I didn't take it for a day.. I couldn't sleep all night I was almost collapse not until I had to take it early around 5am this morning.... pls advice me.. how do I go about stopping it...
