Thank you @RedReact. My application was online; hence, it was Accra immigration that liaised with me. Do you think that matters? I was thinking the mail should be addressed to the canada immigration office directly. My thoughts though....not sure.

Thanks to all those that have contributed immensely. Pls does anyone have the email I can use if I would want to inform the Canadian immigration of my intention to come and give birth there? I already have a visitors' visa which was issued for a conference earlier this year. I didn't attend the conference cos before the visa came out, I was already pregnant with 1st trimester discomfort. I haven't seen any email address in this regards in the thread.
