Some hoodlums around new road round about jumped into my car this evening and started requesting for my papers. I asked who are they to request for my car particulars.... The next thing was to remove my car key and started threatening to take me to their office. They asked me to go and see their chairman, a dark tall and unkept fela with yellow or red eyes. They were dragging me to and fro while I was shouting before some passer by gathered and some began to ask what was the problem.

Their response was that I don't have CAR RADIO STICKER.
Multitude began to increase when some mopol on escort sighted the scene and came around. When they enquired and discovered the car radio sticker, they (mopol) chased them away and asked me to drive home.

I'm talking about opposite Divine Power church facing Christ Embassy before Happy Bite.

Now, if you get a car that comes with a radio, ac, etc and after the licence of Road Worthiness, do you still seek and acquire radio licence, ac licence..... before you can drive on Nigerian road?
