From expert opinion, what do you guys think it will cost to hire a professional to install an odoo package with the listed services above, If we are considering the hardware, subscriptions and hosting, software, configuration and setup, implementation and training.

As an Odoo Consultant, I can tell you that you won't probably need all the apps you've listed and the cost varies depending on a lot of variables depending on your business use case... Just like saying how much does it cost to build a 3 bedroom flat.

As of today, for the simplest implementation (say 2users in a Retail store setting) I may charge you a one-off 2weeks setup fee of 200k while you pay odoo subscription $26/per month.
For others, there's no peg. Just know that what will cost you 2Million in Odoo will surely cost you more than 5Milllion in SAP with limited freedom.

Advice: In the name of cutting cost, don't try to implement yourself or employ a non Odoo specialist to avoid joking with your database... Anyway, I like revamping failed projects as long as you can pay me.

During his National Youth Service year, before joining the league of Ex-Corp-Members on Thursday 14th of March, 2019, he wrote some notable codes. Some of them are:

The first Naira denomination detection algorithm using MATLAB, http://ijrp.org/paper-detail/466 (December, 2018).

A cross-platform Gaussian plume air dispersion modelling app using Kivy, which can be operated on Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, and Android OS. It's capable of modelling multiple point sources and the output can be printed and overlayed on maps. It's currently awaiting publication.

MATHSEND, a mathematics solving chat-bot. He came up with the idea when he noticed how dreadful mathematics is to his students as a Mathematics Teacher and launched it on 1st March, 2019. He handled both the algorithm and coding of the bot which can solve both numerical and symbolic mathematical expressions using Flask, HTML, CSS, Telegram API... most of which he learnt on the fly.

From Experience:
Nigerians won't appreciate anything related to education. Let's forget the depressing comments I received when I was about to start focusing on mobile learning stuffs, forget about other times when responsible men told me, "can't you think of something hot like music and betting etc, why are all your ideas centered on education...who cares".

I currently have a webapp in its beta stage, MATHSEND, a mathematics solving chat-bot (Its aim is to solve one-line mathematical expressions through chat messages) which is online at https://www.mathsend.com; and on Telegram at https:///MATHSEND_bot; and shall be available on other platforms.

The stat on the webapp (which was launched on 1st of March, 2019), shows that out of 150 daily users, only 2 are from Nigeria.

My Advice:
Don't focus on Nigeria only, I was thinking of setting up such blog during my service year (which ended 14th of March, 2019), but I ended up with a mathematics solving chatbot which is not even in anyway aimed at Nigerians. Though I will be glad if my people use it, but if they don't, I have nothing to lose, Foreigners will.

Again, once you are sure that the success of your product doesn't depend 100% on Nigerian youths, then go for it...

I did background check on his moniker on that day but didn't see any scamming history on his name but I forgot to check his account details. I am aware of the online registration procedure and from the look of things it's going to be a stressful one. Can I just simply gather they required documents WITHOUT a guarantor form and visit any of the Immigration Offices and still get the ORIGINAL international passport, obviously with a few extra thousands?

However, I have only tried producing petroleum body jelly (vaseline) as I found that it is the safest and least hazardous. This can be produced for sale and it is profitable especially during the harmattan season. I bought the materials at the chemical market in Ojota Lagos.

Paraffin wax (1/8 slab)
Micro wax (1/8 slab)
Petroleum jelly (4kg)
Paraffin oil (4 litres)
Colour (1 tea spoonful). Colour is optional
Perfume oil (100ml)

Kerosene stove or gas burner
