the only experience you need in a a laundry business is knowing how to wash, ironed & applying the necessary chemicals for different stains you don't need years of apprentice to achieve this
With 7k pressing iron one can start a laundry business in his room with out a shop, and be competing with that your shop of 4.5m in terms of return, you know I know what I m saying.

4.5m ,it like the owner is tired of the business, that why he is running away from the business,in laundry business there is no fixed income it can generate, if the owner is making 100kweekly he won't sell off the business
Business that is paying you 400k monthly, why selling it off ?laundry business can be frustrating sometimes, don't bank on laundry business for fixed income,At times 100k might be possible, most times you can even realize 5k weekly,
Let me ask you if the 4.5m is for the shop building?or for the business alone? What I'm seeing inside the shop is not up to 250k not even genator.or is it because it's an existing business?
In laudry business there are customers waiting for you immediately you kick start it, just a good location your shop will be filled up within one month.
Back to your business,I will advise you to look for young man who is willing to work and hand the business over to him for 50/50 formula, I know how you are feeling, you are tired of the business.it not a lucrative business I'm into the business too,if someone's offer 500k Collect it and move for your peace of mind ✌️
