Don't you.ever.try to report this incidence to any family member. Cover your family. You and your wife need to sit together and discuss this, openly and heart to heart. Take her sides. For the issue of she joining me in Lagos, I will open it to her now. She just left my place 10 days ago, she always visit once in two months, she finished from uniben, she has done her clearance but waiting for deployment for her nysc. Please sit down with a oen and paper and ask yourself 10 reasons that will make your woman to do it. If you can have 10 reasons, then there is possibility of her commiting the offence but if you can't write 10 valid reasons for her to do it, then your wife can't do it.
Remember, it happened at the place if work, it might be a set - up.

If I'm to write valid reasons why my wife steal, to be honest, it will not be up to three reasons. Because she is a contented person and don't spend outrageously.

During late last year, during our marriage preparation she did not come to her place of work for four days and she was stop from working and her November salary with held without paying her a dime, so she started crying and I use my hard earn money to pay her the money 40k. around this year February she was called to resume back the work, then I was already in Lagos. So informed me about her resume the job a month later, I was upset and I ask her, if they have paid her the month they owe her, she wave it off, she said they will pay her. I said okay.
So concerning this present issue at hand, she said she saw the office money on the floor and kept It in her bag in order for her to return it later but when she went out for like an hour later, they ransack her bag and saw the money, she said she has no intention of stealing the money or taken it home, but all her plea fell on deaf ear.

In as much as stealing is a very bad thing no one should be associated with but you need to be tactical and check out he fact. From your write-up since she denied it which women are used to doing anyways just be objective and understand that later in Ur marriage you will still need to beg her too because you are going to offend her by cheating or something else.

What explanation did your wife give you for why she thinks she was set up?

You claim that she has always been a content person who NEVER displayed a tendency for greed.

They got the money back from her working bag according to the boss and they decide it is time for her to leave the job and the boss told me she has been doing it but no evidence all this time until this one that happened last week. She has not display any form of greed or any thing in that form to me, since I know her.

I understand your point, how about defending her, and her boss escalate the situation and it involve police and they have the evidence and you know, we are in a lawless country and it resolve to court case because they have the evidence. It might be a set up against her, she might be guilty too, but with the narration and boss reaction, I don't think it's sufficient to hang her dry by make a public announcement of it

They have resolve it, in their place of work and they have relieved her of her job but the issue here is why will she be accused of stealing and of a truth, I believe her boss explanation more than her own, because the evidence and detail explanation is very clear to me, she is just crying that she can't do such and that they set her up, but it is not adding up to me.

We don't stay in same state for now, she left my place about 10 days ago after two days that was when this accusations came in, and when she was going I gave her 50k.
