Our civil servants earn 3 times more than Nigerian counterpart.They also get their pay on 15th - two week before end month without fail since 1963.Our pensioners the same.Our roads, rails and basic infrastructure are better than Nigerians.We have nearly free education to university level.Same with healthcare.Our gov services are top notched.Our contractors paid on time most of the time.our debt serviced on time without default.We also give every disabled,poor, old and orphaned Kenyan something every month.That is moronic version of why budgets are important
