  To Register for MISS STYLE QUEEN NIGERIA BEAUTY PAGEANT, the procedures are below.

1. Download the form at the bottom of this page.

2. Fill Form in Capital Letters only.

3. Attach two Passport Photographs, Two Copies of self Photos (one head shot and one full length), Parental Recommendation Letter and Photocopy of Birth   Certificate.
