I'm 100% sure. His my close friend. Right now he's in Abuja but I will be traveling to Jalingo tomorrow. They resume work from 20th August and the apl is dated from 1st of July 2018.

that is good. For now 4 people have their APL, 2 electrical from Takum, 1 mechanical from Donga and 1 mechanical from lau

This is serious brother. are you sure of the mechanical engineer from Lau? i was told that he is not an engineer from Lau but rather a science based course.
